John Appleseed I could be competing wrong but maybe he wanted to be known as himself not a “character” another thing is he could want his work to been known as Buddy’s instead of Pedros idk though.
MATTR Pedro is the name of Salomondrin's main editor. Since Buddy vlogs with Alejandro almost always, he doesn't have time to edit. Thus, he is not Pedro anymore.
Peter McKinnon has some really good videos on B-roll, and his photography/cinematography videos and his vlogs are next level. I strongly recommend his stuff!
Hey Buddy, just wanted to thank you for finally starting your channel. I noticed you've started to grow out of the Salomondrin team while staying with them. Doing kinda your own thing. Keep it up man! The world needs more people like you guys.
I’m already super excited for this new channel man! Definitely helping the new wave of photographers who you guys already inspired! Can’t wait to be a part of this journey!!
Great advice! I just started my channel, because of your work with Alejandro's channel. I've been a huge fan of Salomondrin for years now, and recently found out you have your own channel now. Looking forward to more content!
Thanks tons for working on your own channel. I have two topic suggestions: 1) How does one find their own "hit it pedro"? I have a growing following, I want to up the production beyond my skill set. The origin story on how you connected with Salamondrin would be great, I've been looking for a guy like you around Toronto... 2) The simplest way to to a) capture raw footage and b) edit it. Your process simplified.
I have some tips to add. 1. For convertibles always have all the windows down. For all others always have them up. 2. Make sure the sun visors are up. 3. If you have tinted windows and want to enhance the tint effect, close the sunroof and slide its shade closed. Any other window shades you have, use them. 4. If trying to get a good shot at a busy car show, think of it in parts ... you can take multiple shots and blend them together in photoshop as long as you got a clear shot of all the parts (from the exact same place of course). This strategy works well for tourist attractions too. I have "people-free" composite images from places that were far from being people free. 5. Practice. Try in an empty parking lot with your car. What looks best? A shot from a foot off the ground? Waist level? Chest level? They close up with a wide angle and further away with a telephoto lens. 6. When focusing on a specific part, like a badge, hood ornament, take some with a narrow depth of field which will blur everything else, but for safety take some with a wider DOF to. Give yourself options for when you get back home. Sometimes the idea doesn't quite work out, so if you shot at different settings, positions, and heights you can choose lat3r from what came out best.
Go Buddy go!! I m so happy that you decided to make your channel for you and us - your fans. Keep the videos coming and enjoy bro!!! Greetings from Croatia!!
I will miss Pedro, but super well done, you have been my inspiration the past 2 years or so, and this show me how the things have to move, all the respect for you, I hope your channel grows exponentially, all the best from México
It's about time buddy . I think everyone would love to see you vlog as well. I know it will be hard with all the work you and Alejandro are doing for the channels . But I am pretty sure that you will succeed in it . God bless you and your family ( including Alejandro as a family member ) . Peace and respect .
Pedro, This is great. I love photography, but never owned a camera or pursued it. I didn't follow you for your tips or what you are trying to convey in this channel, I followed because I like you and how genuine you have been. I remember when you first joined the Salomondrin channel and the value you brought. I want to support where I can because I know you have a sincere passion for what you do. I wish you the best and will be looking forward to seeing the content you produce as well as your contribution to Salomondrin. You seem very humble and combined with your work ethic I'm sure will provide you with the ability to achieve your goals. Best wishes to you, your family, and your career. I'm my Shmee voice Cheeeers

Buddy doesn’t approve.
This is awesome! Can you do an explanation as to how to properly learn shutter/iso/aperture settings? Thanks!
Maybe on how to get a perfect b roll
Step 1: Don't film in LA
Step 2: Follow step 1
Peter McKinnon has some really good videos on B-roll, and his photography/cinematography videos and his vlogs are next level. I strongly recommend his stuff!
