Its a dam shame cause truly all legal rights have been given to companies and corparations. As a commercial truck driver we have a Major responsibility according to us and them. In the CFR's even. Law enforcement and every other division out here have a union , WE DONT!. NOT ONE OF THEM ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF A COMMERCIAL TRUCK DRIVER. NO MATTER THE RACE. WHETHER YOU OWN YOUR RIG OR NOT WERE JUST USED UP AND TOSSED OUT LIKE TRASH. I been everywhere even canada over the last 20yrs. I lot of problems we didnt use to have in the 70's, we sacrificed made decent living and took care of our families. Not anymore, when I stop running OTR, it was because a lot of these mega carriers,bad rates, fuel pricing, brokers, and bad dispatchers. None of these people care for their guys. Your a warm body in a seat. Thats it. No honor in nothing they do. Just make sure you in it for the right reasons. Because most newbies are graduating without the correct training and education these days , everybody otherthan the trucker makes a living exepted the trucker, this is laid out by design from the federal and state as well as companies, head hunters, private services etc. Until the trucking industry becomes fully regulated the correct way it will continue to go into mass decline. My advice get what you came to get and expand or diversify yourself in other area, peace to my real ones out here taking care of their families and themselves, continue to move differnt! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾✌🏾

We the people are the ones that vote these folk into office n we can also vote them out. Just the energy you putting into this video could be used to get all truckers to unite in a union or a legal coalition to effect the way our representatives and senators think. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. I was in an electrical union for 40 years and it was the best decision I ever made. If you are not a rich ceo of company then your best bet is to become a union to create change. Right now they have the owner operators compete against themselves and the mega carriers. If all truckers united in a legal union you could effect change. Otherwise you will never be heard. Put your efforts into that. Be a part of the solution rather than just talk about it. It’s right there in your grasp. I know unions have a bad rap in this country but even that would be better than what u have. Even the threat of going union will get their attention. Trucking could be one of the best jobs in this country, but it takes an intelligent united front to do it. The mega carriers are using the union concept by hiring thousands of drivers United under their company name n getting tons of dedicated loads because they have the United trucks but they don’t share the wealth, check n see how much those companies CEO’s are worth. Millions only because truckers are not going through the proper channels to EFFECT CHANGE. You will never get it done wasting your breath talking about.
