My Mom's first ever new car was a 1966 Plymouth Fury II convertible and she trusted it to a 16-year-old (me) to take his brother to an event in our town. Guess what ended up happening to that car? Stupid, inexperienced driver goes too fast around a curve. Curve has a layer of wet Autumnal leaves on the road. Warning... wet leaves are more or less a form of slippery mess.
I remember the event in slow motion as the car slid to the left and the light post came into view and. all of a sudden I was wrapped around it. Of course I lied how it happened, but that was the last time I drove that car.

I really liked the pace to be honest with you. Your personality and style is more suited to the longer "sit down and watch this for relaxation and entertainment" type of content vs "I am doing something right now and need a step by step tutorial on how" content. Not to say you couldn't do that type, but the entertaining and relaxing factor is a lot harder to pull off. I'd roll with that personally because there's nothing I enjoy more than sitting down after a hassle day at work and watching one of your longform vids. I'm into the same kinda stuff you are (we'd probably be hanging out all the time if we lived closely) and I suspect a lot of others are as well. You don't use profanity so I can watch with my sons, you don't say ridiculous corny things like "SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON" and yet you still seem genuine on video.

I agree it's a perfect speed and detail level, probably best for folks who are already familiar. Beginners should probably look at a proper DIY with all the details in there.
I remember the early mopars having those lugs with the long splines that effectively fused the hub and drum. Very inconvenient when you need to take the drum off. Later lugs had short splines so they were separate. Not sure why they did it that way.
Surprised Chris doesn't have a media blast cabinet with all the rusty stuff he works with.

Very satisfying video. It’s been a minute or three since we have seen this car. Glad to see another episode. I am pleased you stayed with the fat 14’s. They actually look better on this car than stuffing 16 to 20 inch wheels on it that almost everyone else will automatically do just because everyone else does it. The wheel openings are properly sized to support this size tire by styling and esthetically. I agree with you on those eccentric or wobble inserts for the wheel lug nuts. I dislike those things. Seems like you can never get the radial run out to be properly true and your always get stuck with a thumpy ride with those types of wheels.

An other great video. Keep the work on the car as it is. Just enough to keep us understanding what is broken and how you fix it. Any more content and you will be vice grip garage. 😂😂😂🇬🇧🇬🇧

As a nonmechanic who enjoys your videos as is, I prefer you do not change the content. If you want to add more, people can fast-forward, but if you remove content, the dynamic of the channel changes. Cheers. ✌️

Hey Chris, video lengths are fine. The content covered is usually new to me so I intently watch. I was hoping for some more m38a1 content.

I have no issue with the format. You cut through some of the more mundane tasks which is fine with me. I enjoy seeing your organizational skills in your garage; you have everything labeled and easy to find.

That tank was a lot of work. I had the tank in my '71 GMC van gone over at a radiator shop and I don't think there was any of that porosity and the bill was $400.

Nicely done! I put the Holley Sniper Stealth on my 67 Chevelle 350/350HP, and it works excellent! I think Holley has the easiest to install and best operating aftermarket EFI out there.

Quickest 45 minutes I've ever watched. Not much of an American iron type of guy myself but this stuff is pretty enticing. I think the pace of editing is striking a fine balance! I'm curious how the hell one ends up with such a complete hardware and parts library as you have? I feel like I need to frequent more yard sales or something.

Man, I live in WI out in the sticks and watching this guy work with such a tiny yard is brutal. He needs to be living out on a couple of acres
