It might not be working cause you might need to replace the film and when you put the film in you should see a yellow line popping through and don’t take it out after you put it because then it will be blank white and nothing on it or it might be the batteries try to check the instructions more to see if they can help more
And put the batteries the way it says on the instructions and put the plastic thing on top of the batteries so if you want to ever replace them it will be easier
