I have a Polaroid photo of my grandparents that I cut off to fit in my wallet and over the years has gotten cracks in in and I have tried to use my phone and tried to get it to look better to no avail what can I do to restore my photo
Take it to Office Depot print department and have them scan it onto a jump drive for you, you can take the jump drive to Walgreens or someplace similar, insert the jump drive into their computer and you can edit it and order prints. Or insert the jump drive into your home computer and print it up through a Photoshop program using a home printer. The Office Depot scans turn out really nice... I've scanned artwork and resized images larger or smaller... the clarity is really good, you might be able to darken the faded areas a little bit nicer than the existing photo, maybe not. It's not magic, it is what it is. Don't "feed" the print through the rollers, though! Lay it flat on the screen only before you scan it. If you have a large drawing, do NOT feed it, scan artwork flat!!! Hope you can improve your image in Photoshop after scanning it!

I find the best method is as follows: Step 1- make a silicone mold of the photograph Step 2- light the ruined photograph on fire Step 3- grind the remains into powder and add Plaster of Paris and water Step 4- apply the mixture to the mold and bake at 150°C for 1hr Step 5- let dry for at least 24hrs Step 6- Find a sewing needle and a comfy place from which to observe the subject Step 7- get scratching!
so unfortunately I tryd this whole thing with a new minsta cam that my boyfriend got for my birthday and it did not work at all sad face all around so I went to FedEx to try and print them out but because wifi did not work all is well the camera seems fine just. If you put your camera in the microwave for 10 seconds it will take sharper photos.
