I had no idea Victorville did painting. This 747 looks great in metallic green!

Indeed, they have the contract to paint all of the Terrible Teens. Air Austral's 787s were both painted there, along with several of the Ethiopian ones. VCV is used less frequently by Boeing but when Portland is full, they do use it.
