That technique Yamamoto used is essentially a precise slash of flames (kinda like a fire Getsuga Tensho). Here they made that dramatic slow-mo scene, ut in the manga you can actually see his sword produce the flames.
Aside from the Matsumoto censorship, this batch of episodes is one of the best adapted parts of the show. All the manga content is on screen, perfectly timed, with some sick animation and extra action. It's truly amazing, and it will remain like that for a while.

Nice video guys! Fun fact: Harribel's looks is censored in the anime version, in the manga the bones on her boobs are actually a lot smaller and basically only cover her nipples and form a line up to her neck and chin to form that skull looking mouth.

Considering that Ayon one-shotted 4 lieutenants in a row, I think it’s safe to say that he is around low Espada level when we remember that Renji and Rukia were struggling with Espada 8 and 9. Although Renji is stronger than most of the lieutenants tbf. Imagine if he was an Espada, where would you personally rank him?

Based on how Ayyyon one shot all of them and what happens in TYBW, he is probably actually more mid to high tier espada level. Hisagi's shikai is a similar level to a captain's sword release. He injured Tosen while he was off guard. This Tosen was roughly top tier espada level, maybe even challenging Ulquiorra or Starrk (he defeated Komamura easily when he got the hang of it). So minimum low captain shikai for Hisagi
Even though Quilge was caught off guard by Ayyyon and ended up beating him pretty easily, and before he even used any of his higher skills, he still took some damage from him. Quilge was 100% top espada level based on scaling and skills, even narratively.
So yeah, it's kinda strange to think that Halibel's fracciones can produce something that might beat the breaks off Halibel or is able to at least challenge her. Kubo just doesn't always make a lot of sense, which is fine

In the manga there is more blood and fan service for bleach. Like for example in the manga, halibel has bigger tits and less armor around her boobs showing off her breasts. In the manga Nnoitra gets killed by Kenapachi has lot more blood and cut off arms. In the manga we do have more blood and gore when characters get hurt so the anime had to censor or tone it down.
