Ingredients
Ground chicken
Ham slices
Sliced swiss cheese
Salt and pepper
Smokey paprika
Chives, diced
Parsley, diced
Buns
Mayo
Mustard
Honey
Ground chicken seasoned with...
Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, diced chives and diced parsley
Make into a patty and top with ham and Swiss cheese and top with another patty sealing the edges
Cook until golden brown and internal temp of 165° F
Place on a toasted bun smeared with a honey mustard sauce made from:
Mayo
Mustard
Honey
Add some ham to the skillet and warm up
Top with Swiss cheese and melt
Place on top of your patty
Enjoy!!

The chicken cordon blue burger looked so tasty. The chicken was juicy with just the right amount of herbs and spices. The ham and melted Swiss cheese double decker on top made it even better.

Annie- that burger looks phenomenal. I eat more chicken than beef and ham is my very favorite meat, so this is right up my alley. How sweet of your granddaughters to bring you vegetables (and chives).

That sauce sounds great. Oh that patty looks amazing. The extra ham and cheese is a perfect touch. This is an awesome recipe! I'm going to have to make this at some point! Thanks for sharing. By the way, I have still been getting your comments in my "held for review" folder in my YT studio, but even though I approve them, most never show up for me to reply to them. They just completely disappear after I approve them. It's very weird. Just wanted you to know that I do get to see them, I just don't always get to reply to them.

@@anniessmokingpot I always check my comments in RUclips Studio. Only option in there is held for review. I did go to the video on one when I first saw that it just disappeared and it was not on the video at all. I hadn't checked since to see if it reappeared on the video, but it never did reappear in studio under comments or held for review. It's very strange that YT does that. They did it to me for a while on our other channel. And it's possible they still do since once in a while I will get a reply from someone but my comment was months ago lol.
