I honestly thought Platinum was a very well made game. It fixed over 90% of the problems D/P had and it made one of the most memorable places in Pokemon, The Distortion World. Not to mention, the reveal of Giratina was one of the most badass cutscenes in Pokemon.
+YoshiPlaysMC Being completely fair, I've never played Platinum, the only game out of the three that I have played is Diamond version, and it was at the time where I was really burned out on Pokemon as a whole. I have been watching an in progress let's play of Platinum, so maybe my opinion will become more positive, maybe not shifting my personal conclusion, but bringing to light the more positive aspects of the game. Plus, it is Pokemon, so regardless of my personal grievances, it's kinda set in stone on being a good game, but what the hey. :p
