Yeh i still have my diamond da card with all my hacked pokemons, i would love to replay the game once again for the chills, but u just can’t get myself to deleting my old safe file bc its like 14 years old now and i actually fighted a lot with my cheated mons, i even transfered them to pokemon battle revolution back then :‘D Well i guess i just have to look for a good emulator but i can’t find one 🥺

Hearing that second part, the one in 5/4 time, was really interesting. I rarely hear that kind of time signature in music these days, which is sad since it really gives a swinging feel to songs. This whole thing is amazing, just an amazing version of one of my favorite route tunes in Pokemon. Keep up the good work, my dude!

Honestly, I don't think Nintendo can best these. You know it's going to some sort of rock/jazz for their theme remakes, but Carlos perfects the style for each theme. Each have set memories for all of us, and Carlos somehow puts those memories into his arrangements Thank you, Carlos, for doing this!
The vision with these arrangements isn't really to compete with Game Freak at all - it's moreso just to tell the story as I experienced it, using all the skills I've acquired to date to make it possible. I don't think my arrangements would fit well in the game at all - game music, in most cases, should serve the overall playing experience. As long as the original composers are involved, I trust that the music will be handled well!
