I was also in a bar and requested the band to play fly me to the moon, it was also pretty nice and It has an aura or feel that you cannot really replicate with listening to your speakers or headphones.
I can't imagine these guys watching anime and else making the arrengements for playing a cover of the score, well, "Fly me to the moon" actually is a song performed by legendary Frank Sinatra but even I don't like very much jazz this just sounds amazing. That made the Evangelion Score stunning.
