Peace upon you From Azad Jammu and Kashmir. ( Muzaffarabad City ) I didn't know English, but since I started watching these lectures, Alhamdulillah (all praise is due to Allah), I can now speak good English.
I am following you from Iraq 🇮🇶 and I hope to become a doctor. I have 7 months left for my dream to come true and I will come back to study with you. ❤
Champion please make a video on cannabinoid system ..very less research but your lecture on hypothalamus made me connect the dots to this system of the body ..please enlighten your students
I was able to pass a ~20mm calcium phosphate stone in 2020. I had no lithotripsy to break it up it came out whole along with a few smaller stones. Fairly certain the only reason it was possible is because I have a connective tissue disorder (EDS, and a rare one GDD)
Why no mention of decreasing oxalate intake or at least make sure they're not eating some form of very high oxalate foods for the oxaluria or oxalate stones? At least you mentioned high dose Vitamin C, though you didn't mention how much was "safe". Are there PH ranges to look out for? Anything less than 7 is acidic and anything greater than 7 is alkaline which means pretty much everyone would be "acidic" or "alkaline". Giving a range seems like it would be helpful for diagnosis. I also recall some genetic conditions where some folks produce a large amount of oxalates on their own. I know too much about oxalate stones as I had my first ever visit a few ago to the ER with an oxalate stone. :( Most painful thing I've ever experienced and mine was only around 4 mm. Luckily I passed it a couple of days later.
Def more detailed then the other lecture, u should've mentionned also anatomic abnormalities that favorises urinary stases like congenital malformations :pyelo-ureteral junction syndrome , mega ureter.....aquired malformation like neurologic bladder and cervico-prostatic obstacles such as benin prostatic hyperplasia or prostatic cancer or maybe compressing tumors.... Also some drugs like indinavir antiproteasis used in tritherapy for HIV.........
Even people who don't know english are learning by your lectures sir, what an honor to have you!😊
That's right👍🏻
