Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 3 onions
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Cheese to taste
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika

Шалом из Израиля ! Очень люблю баклажаны, собираю рецепты, излюбленное блюдо - соте из баклажанов по - молдавски . Баклажаны + помидоры+ перец болгарский+ много зелени петрушки и укропа+ чеснок. По желанию можно посыпать потом сыром.

@@dianasales2269 у нас тоже выращивают длинные темно - фиолетовые сорта. В народе их называют просто - синенькие.Но в торговых центрах иногда можно приобрести и такие редкие плоды.
Вообще в первый раз вижу такие! Хотя синенькие обожаю! Вы пробовали? Отличаются они по вкусу?

Estamos acostumados a fazer lasanha de berinjela, mussaca de berinjela e outros pratos semelhantes. Sua receita parece-me muito boa, à altura da saborosíssima culinária turca, que também é carregada das mesmas influências dos povos vizinhos. Vou experimentá-la com muito gosto. Isso mesmo. Já fiz receita semelhante e na minha família chamamos de lasanha de berinjela.
Exquisita receta aquí en Venezuela la llámanos Pasticho de Berenjena y lo preparamos igualmente como lo ha hecho, lo único es que agregamos queso Parmesano o Pecorino en cada capa. Saludos desde mí bella Venezuela 🇻🇪

Ciao! Qui in Brasile 🇧🇷, molte persone chiamano questo piatto Lasagna di melanzane. Mi piace molto aggiungere il timo fresco alla salsa di pomodoro. E quando preparo questo piatto aggiungo ad ogni strato il parmigiano o il pecorino grattugiato, ma non troppo formaggio, quanto basta per dargli una marcia in più senza esagerare. Vengo dall'interno dello stato di San Paolo. Buon 2023!
