Fair play to him, he made an assumption that was wrong, apologized and moved on more than some would have done as their ego gets in the way and they have to find something else. Nice to see there are still some decent ones about.
Nothing wrong with what the cop did, certainly reassuring to know they would intervene during a real road rage situation. You should have commended him for it, not been a dickhead.
apart from breaking the law by stopping on double yellows while not in a police vehicle. Its not an unmarked police vehicle as he had to put his park anywhere lights on.
"nothing wrong with what the cop did" other than the fact he did exactly what he thought the biker was doing, while telling the biker off for doing it 😂
This copper DID do something wrong. His approach and first few words were hostile. Unfortunately, this is down to their training these days. Social skills are not on a coppers agenda anymore. A friend of mine left the police force because of this.
I suppose the only thing you can label at him was jumping out of his car in moving traffic and taking steps towards a bike. Leaning on the silly there there. But once we hear the officers side of the story i'm happy everyone was fine in the end
backyardbasher this is obviously a rookie cop that's just trying to get some action, as a cop for 14 years I would make sure he gets disciplined for that, he pulling over a car in a non police vehicle for starters, which is illegal.
You are very wrong. Do you REALLY believe that police officers don't have any legal responsibilities or duties when they're off duty ? Even ordinary citizens can make arrests (if done correctly), so think about what you're saying. You probably won't research it elsewhere so I'll say it here "The power of a constable is in the person, and not the warrant card (with a few exceptions)". What that means is, is that a police officer has exactly the same powers when OFF duty as when they are on duty. BTW, although he only 'asked' the motorcyclist to pull around the corner so that he could have a chat etc., the fact that he was uniformed gives him the proper authority to pull the guy over. I also think the guy on the bike needs to have a little more respect and think about who he is speaking to. He probably would have NO qualms at all in phoning the police if his house got burgled or his 125cc (awww), bike got stolen. Funny how people's attitudes change according to what they want from a situation.
JorRob001 - I don't think PSD would appreciate you discrediting other officers and the force on public platform like this. I think you need to wisen up.
Good officer, thought something was wrong so stepped in! Was wrong and took it on the chin... End of! I've met plenty of bad officers but he did nothing wrong in my eyes
To anyone outside of your little joke, it DID look like a situation about to escalate.. don't slag off a conscientious person when they see a situation that looks inflammatory - how about not treating the highway as a platform for your own comedy routines?
me and my friend were just talking about road rage before i left out then i seen him as i was filtering so i pointed as a joke it was about 2 seconds. I feel the police officer reacted in the total wrong way and i felt like he was attacking me with threatening behaviour and if he didn't have that uniform on i would have thought that he was trying to knock me off my bike or rob me! that is why at the lights i started thinking and getting my back up about the whole thing as i explained to the police officer when i stopped. Thank you for the view and your opinion though :)
At least the copper was nice enough to admit his mistake and explain himself. Most would have flown off the handle and give you a ticket for gesturing to a friend!
It's all well and good people saying the officer acting responsibly to 'threatening' behaviour, but if he actually heard what was said from in his car, he'd have also heard them laughing. Pointing a finger is hardly aggressive and doesn't really warrant someone jumping out of there car and coming towards you and telling you what to do and what not to do. If he sees finger pointing as aggressive or threatening, then he himself was also aggressive and/or threatening. But at least he did apologise.
Sorry mate, that kind of behaviour from you is what gives bikers a bad name. You're not a typical biker. If that was your mum in a car and a biker having a go, you'd like to think a copper nearby would jump out and come to her support, regardless of whose fault it was. The only one escalating the situation was you. The only one that needed to calm down was you. He was back in his car, looking forward. He knew you were continually telling him to calm down and you were continuing to look at him looking for a reaction. He didn't react. And as for him going for you when he got out of the car, damn right he did and should have. Coppers are trained to take control of a situation. Would you prefer he approached a potentially volatile situation and riled up headcase in armor with a "Terribly sorry old chap, but could one just enquire as to the nature of the altercation if it's not too inconvenient?". Get a grip son. Call it adrenaline or lack of experience or whatever, you were in the wrong here and should have just put your hands up and apologised.
"You need to calm down. You need to calm down. You need to calm down man. Jeez, you need to calm down. What is his problem, you need to calm down. Calm down mate. Don't get angry at me. You need to calm down mate. Alright calm down mate." Uhhh, no. YOU needed to calm down. The way you handled that was embarrassing, wanting to make a scene because you think you're cool and hard. The copper did nothing wrong and handled that situation perfectly, even apologized. You acted like a child....pathetic.
I'm sure you would have been complaining if you were in a car and some biker started having a go at you and there was a police officer right next to you just ignoring the situation.
greatepicgaming The cop wasn't on duty, that isn't an unmarked car, he wasn't in full uniform.I'm guessing he had no authority at the time and should have minded his own f*****g business. I don't need anyone to intervene for me as I'm not a complete pussy.
No, the police use these cars regular. This is a perfect example of Leicester police. Voted most corrupt in the UK (which isn't really saying much). I'm sure there are a lot of decent coppers out there but I can tell you that the majority of the Leicestershire force are not. Like most of the force, you can see the thirst / anger in his eyes as soon as he got out of his car. They live for this shit and get off of on the thrill.
Also, to the comments saying the copper was doing the right thing. When did it become illegal to have a go at somebody in a car? What kind of Authoritarian / Nanny state bollocks is this shit. Soon as he saw his camera he was straight back in his car. The time it took for those lights to change gave him time to come up with a courteous response. If he didn't have the camera he would have been put on the floor.
Police officer believed it was a road rage situation and stepped in. What you should have done is just explain what was happening and it would have been end of story, instead, you were a nob about it.
The cop did not have a bad attitude. They're trained to deal with situations. He thought it was road rage that's a mistake. The biker could have easily said "Don't worry it's just my friend" and left. However, he kept telling the cop to calm down trying to get a reaction from the cop.
no no no you idiot, the police officers should of asked him politely what was going on, they are not our parent's or teachers and they cannot do as they please and disrespect members of the public, they are our public servants
McSpitfire : The Vauxhall Corsa the officer is driving is a very commonly used unmarked car. Also, the reg check comes back showing it is taxed but not mot'd. This is also a good indicator that the vehicle is a service vehicle as they are mot exempt (plus the fact a car must be mot'd to be taxed)
Shit cop if you ask me. He broke the law to explain himself. Stopped on double yellows in his own vehicle and putting his park anywhere lights on. Next time be in either a marked police car or an unmarked POLICE CAR.
Actually, no, coppers are never strictly off-duty and are required to provide assistance in any emergency situation. Pretty much all traffic offences have a emergency necessity defence - you can basically do 120 down a dual carriageway if you're trying to get someone seriously injured to hospital. In addition, as a uniformed officer, any vehicle he is using is considered a police vehicle. The only thing he technically did wrong was not putting on a hi-viz vest when stopping on a public highway.
Dale Topliss - I thought you were a bit of a prat. I don't need to tell you how dangerous it is to ride a motorcycle on busy roads and you get into a position of potential danger just to have a laugh with your mate in a car. At the lights you then attempt to antagonise the officer with your 'just calm down' routine; trying to be clever. You don't present a picture of an intelligent person mate. Having said that, the officer was bang out of order for stopping in an unmarked vehicle on a busy road to challenge your behaviour. He then pulls you over on a trunk road with double yellow lines and puts you in danger. That should never, ever have happened. You should have reported this to the local professional standards department.
The cop made a wrong assumption. Plus the cop is in an unmarked car, in a police uniform, no badges or numbers, no radio etc. I think he was on his was to work. To be honest I think both was right. The biker did no wrong and said the cop should calm down due to his reaction, it was quite quick how he jumped out of his car etc. It was a threatening approach. But like I said, the cop was right, civilian or policeman he was sticking up for another member of public. They both resolved it peacefully round the corner so no issue. Good video.
he realised he made a mistake and apolagised - well dont to the cop and well done to the bike guy for setting it right - good all rouund no jest caused and ended well
That's OK. I mean, you cares if you want to be thought of as an uneducated simpleton , too arrogant to use a program to check for any grammatical errors? It appears that you don't.
You know that moment when your brain stops working because you saw/heard something stupid, I just had that moment with that police officer. Although he didn't know what was going on, but he actually does not have the right to do what he did in the uk law
Ive got very little time for the police after trying to deal with an ex wife who has caused so much trouble in 33 months , you couldn't make it up! And Northamptonshire police backed up her lies, PC CHOPPING . But this officer is spot on, did his job when he saw a problem ( or thought there was a problem )and was being a man and admitted he got it wrong. Good for him, we need more like him.
Even if it wasn't his mate the copper was still wrong, if the biker was having ago it may well have been for good reason, to instantly jump to the aid of the driver like that was wrong. Throws keyboard across the room, goes and gets it again cos he wants to see another video.
Over reaction by the plod. Unmarked car, double yellows, had it explained to him at the lights and still pulled him for a chat to show his superior power. Self important person in a uniform routine.
Road rage is real. I've had an officer help my mother and I keep a bad situation from getting worse. I understand how this encounter could be aggregating for you but you've got to understand the officer had no idea you're friendly with the driver. Anyway... Everyone on RUclips is a faultless judge so... Including me I guess... I'm glad you posted this video, and with my highly trained professional opinion I'll say no harm no foul.
To be honest I thought the off duty cop's jumping out of the car was extremely aggressive albeit he wasn't in on the joke. The fact he stops the lad on double yellows next to a busy junction makes me think he is still wound up and not thinking straight - if he's on duty where's the hat?
Darren Wison i think hes a special. sure hes got an sc above his collar number. never mind his hat where oh where is his airwave radio if hes on duty. if hes not on duty he has no right to stop a moving vehicle like that or walk around with his belt on like that. he must be in full uniform (does not include the hat lol ) or in suitable police vehicle to stop a vehicle. maybe why he dived out the car like he did. that corsa is either his own car or a unmaked ultility vehicle. if he thought they where having a go then why not pull both of them and at least do it somewhere safe the biker was compliant he could of drove further on. he also should of told the biker his collar number and what nick hes from. i fully support the police but the biker acted more like a police officer than the actual officer.
In America, the cops would have shot you for telling him to call down. Or beat you with a night stick because you look like you were starting something. Then, apologized later after you got out of the hospital. The law is whatever they can make up at the time of the stop.
Where would you have stopped? Double yellows for the res of the vid. Cop pulled over where there were two lanes so traffic could pass safely, near a junction so traffic is moving slowly. Would you suggest he waits until there is a single lane or travel on for the next several miles to find somewhere with no double yellows?
There was what looked like a possibility of road rage. The traffic wasn't moving. Looks like the perfect place/time to intervene. Was he to wait (if it was a real situation) for both parties to start fighting each other, then approach them and ask them to move to the side of the road whilst avoiding blows. He's a police officer involving himself as he should. Everyone else around should engage common sense and sit still or get out of the way as appropriate. He seemed like a good bloke to me.
Hi Pete, I live in the area where this video was filmed. He appears to be a genuine cop. The uniform he is wearing is an old style uniform for this police force. He probably left his radio in the vehicle as it's likely that he was carrying out minor enquiries such as visiting homes to take statements and non urgent crime reports from things that happened days ago. That's exactly what these Corsa's are used for. These aren't the type of unmarked cars that are used for traffic enforcement.
Officer sees a motorcyclist pull up beside a car at an intersection and begins to wave his hands at the driver. Sound familiar - motorcyclist can be prone to road rage (as they know they can get away faster) and I have seen this a million times. I drive a bike too (in London). Officer doing his job to take control of what could be an altercation. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, WHAT DO WE PAY THEM FOR - TO "PREVENT " CRIME FROM HAPPENING!
m lyo typical police response as far the copper was concerned the biker was guilty before innocent. the correct response would to ask if everything is OK first to which the biker would of said yes fine I'm saying see you later to a work colleague to which the guy in the vw would of confirmed an everybody leaves happy. instead irate copper knows best to which the natural reaction from anybody is annoyance of being accused of something they haven't done, the biker was correct in saying you need to calm down.
mrnatty122 police officer shouldn't have been so aggressive. If he had got out of the car and said "is everything ok" the biker could've said "yes thanks just talking to my friend". The police man went about it in the wrong way. He got aggressive way too quickly.
copper did completely the right thing by interveining quickly the biker made the situation way worse by antagonising the copper while he was still in his car by looking at him mate all the time and trying to talk to him just accept you were the one who overeacted and get on with it.
Police officer was wrong in the 1st place but admitted he was wrong by getting back in his car and not saying anything else on the matter. He was just doing his job and good on him. I'm sure you f**k up in your job loads of times (if you have one)
Hey mate, check out Cops Vs Bikers 2016 - Getting Pulled Over, Encounters & More! [Ep #13] with your clip featured. Thanks alot for letting me use it. Appreciate it!
Hey biker , I think you make something of something which is not ! The policeman acted promptly and he was even fair and nice to stop you to explain what happen ..... You are the one who have to think,
You've made yourself look stupid, not the officer. Didn't have the guts to put your face camera either. The officer acted in the defence of a driver being potential harassed. What do you want him to do? wind down his window and listen in? drive off?
Fair play, he stopped afterwards and explained, only real problem was as you said his jumping out of the car with an attitude. If it was road rage then he done the right thing.
At least the copper was open and honest ........ Biker took it a few steps too far .... didn't know when to recognise the cop admitting he made a genuine mistake
The Greatest Debator in the World Part time; yes. Paid?; No. At best they may be able to claim some expenses. However their training doesn't exceed 20 hours and includes no law training. Just like 'real' judges they are there for life and could be (many are) sitting in judgement long after they've gone senile.
The police generally don't bother you if you aren't doing something wrong or give them reason to, and even then if you're chill they'll use discretion. If your experience with the police is that they're always right and you're always wrong it's probably because there is an element of truth to it and you are responsible. It's not like they want to do paperwork. This policeman explained the reason for his reaction which was totally justified. All the policeman said was "what are you doing? don't do that. Don't start having a go at the driver in the car".
SirHenryofRR Do you actually know the definition of the word propaganda? Because my personal experience is not propaganda, its personal experience. I'm guessing you're not a very clever person. Probably why the police have to keep stopping you.
Copper is 100% in the right here.. How was he to know you were friends? you even spoke to your friend and gestured aggressively. Fair play to the copper, no need to keep telling him to calm down and belittle him. For all he knows violence was about to escalate and he was quick to react to prevent anyone getting harmed.
Road rage has developed into murder. Diligent cop reacted to what he saw by intervening promptly. Took the trouble to explain why. Some people are incapable of rational behaviour and think roads are a playground. They need to grow up.
That's the longest red light I have ever seen
Fair play to him, he made an assumption that was wrong, apologized and moved on more than some would have done as their ego gets in the way and they have to find something else. Nice to see there are still some decent ones about.

charly urban fuck off.
I agree that most coppers are pricks...but you do get the odd few are decent people like this guy is/was.
you pretended to do road rage to your mate and was seen by a cop,
the cop responded perfectly,

backyardbasher this is obviously a rookie cop that's just trying to get some action, as a cop for 14 years I would make sure he gets disciplined for that, he pulling over a car in a non police vehicle for starters, which is illegal.
A) no ones crying B) whats that ''cop'' gonna do if the biker attacks that random guy jumping out of a car at him cos he thinks hes getting rushed?
You are very wrong. Do you REALLY believe that police officers don't have any legal responsibilities or duties when they're off duty ? Great officer,
Very respectful, keep it up

Fair play to him. ☺
He didn't make a mistake. He acted on what he saw.
I love how polite and considerate the conversation was resolved. If it was American police, someone would have got shot.
Respect to the copper, he didn't have to explain himself so he definitely showed his human side. Well done him
Fair play to the cop, so many road rage incidents that could be avoided with police on site.
Well that’s the first time I have every seen a copper NEARLY admit he was in the wrong ,probably the last time as well .

Well done officer. He was high tempered but if you was kicking off then he was quick to help.

TheBoHoBoy he wasn't 'aggressive', he simply reacted to a situation that looked like it might escalate..
The highway isn't the place to play games
He Got Out Of The Car And did the exact thing he was telling me not to do?
Dale Topliss ...exactly, you started it
that sounds so childish mate I'm going to leave it there :)
Most awkward red light for that cop ever
Officer did well and also had the decency to explain afterwards in a courteous way which a lot of police would not have done.
At least he realised he slightly overreacted and sort of apologised! He could have pulled over in a better place tho!
11hoursoff totally... double yellows, no marked vehicle,no lights, what a tool.
What is your point, it is completely legal.
At least the copper was nice enough to admit his mistake and explain himself. Most would have flown off the handle and give you a ticket for gesturing to a friend!
Americans take note, nobody got shot, nobody died, everybody got on and went home safe and happy.
It's all well and good people saying the officer acting responsibly to 'threatening' behaviour, but if he actually heard what was said from in his car, he'd have also heard them laughing.

Battle Dad you can calm the fuck down to m8
peter robins quite calm, thanks. And I doubt I'm your mate. Or would be.
Again calm the fuck down m8
peter robins Not sure where you've got the impression that I'm anything other than calm. Thanks for looking out for me though. Appreciate it.
Surprised he noticed you,i thought he might have been looking at his smartphone.
fair enough the cop was looking out for public interest, i vote no one was in the wrong.
The fucking moron on the motorbike was definitely in the wrong.
The cop did exactly what he told the biker off for doing 😂

I would have said "wearing a jacket with police on it doesn't mean you're a cop" Fancy dress anyone.
Looks like he's in a personal vehicle. Probably finished or just about to start shift. All radios etc are left at station.
At 5min the cop can't say "I wasn't threatning" If the motorcyclist says he felt threatened, HE WAS.

Those red lights took a few minutes lol
justice sinatra I know right... bloody hell
justice sinatra because he didn't go up to the white line, you need to cross the black strips in the road. The copper didn't either.
justice sinatra they always take that long
Yeah, repeatedly gesturing and telling him to calm down did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Biker is a complete fud.
he realised he made a mistake and apolagised - well dont to the cop and well done to the bike guy for setting it right - good all rouund no jest caused and ended well
chris hambley couldn't agree more to be honest :) 👍
The cop only calmed down when he realised that the biker had a camera?
APOLOGISED
sorry if spelt it wrong - cant be fucked to check me spelling all the time to keep the pc brigade happy
Nobody got it wrong. The police officer was doing the right thing. And the author needs to edit this video.
I'm not watching it then knowing the title is incorrect.
that was a good officer. need more of them
he could have had him for illegal use of the horn.beeping his mate as he was going past.it can distract other road users lol
Phil Driver Only a fineable offence.
but he 'accidently' touched it
The horn is to alert other road users to your presence. So his use was legal.
you are right but is this instance he used it to make contact with the pedestrian who was not using the road
reasonable to me. wish there were more like him
I wouldn't have been that nice to him.. He probably spotted your camera after.. Did you report him.?
Michael Grattan no I didn't
+Dale Topliss
Good man, he only meant well.
Michael Grattan report the cop for what?
Ive got very little time for the police after trying to deal with an ex wife who has caused so much trouble in 33 months , you couldn't make it up! And Northamptonshire police backed up her lies, PC CHOPPING . But this officer is spot on, did his job when he saw a problem
( or thought there was a problem )and was being a man and admitted he got it wrong.
The police man was right
how dare you point !lol
Road rage is real. I've had an officer help my mother and I keep a bad situation from getting worse.
I understand how this encounter could be aggregating for you but you've got to understand the officer had no idea you're friendly with the driver.
Anyway... Everyone on RUclips is a faultless judge so... Including me I guess...
I'm glad you posted this video, and with my highly trained professional opinion I'll say no harm no foul.
im not a cop but he did the right thing👍
Be a different story if it were road rage ! Well done Officer 👌
Sam Buĺlock Not full uniform. They must be in uniform.
Lewis Pull thats right mate. he isnt because he hasnt got ppe on . thats his belt with cuffs etc
Sam Buĺlock There's a baton and CS on his waist?
Hopefull not off duty then
In America, the cops would have shot you for telling him to call down. Or beat you with a night stick because you look like you were starting something. Then, apologized later after you got out of the hospital. The law is whatever they can make up at the time of the stop.
so he pulls you over in the most inappropriate place......good bloke
Where would you have stopped? Double yellows for the res of the vid. Cop pulled over where there were two lanes so traffic could pass safely, near a junction so traffic is moving slowly. Would you suggest he waits until there is a single lane or travel on for the next several miles to find somewhere with no double yellows?
Further on away from the lights. It's not the fact it's on lines it's right after the lights.
Paul Cooper Where the traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction?
+Paul Cooper reading your comment makes me cringe, you uneducated fool.
Honest mistake, no Biggy. Rather have an attentive police officer rather than lawlessness.
The police man acted perfectly in his situation and even though he's your "mate" doesn't make stopping in the middle of the road any less illegal
If i see a bloke in a fleece that says police on it, on his own in a fucking astra im not doing a thing he says, could be a fake.
Agreed this did look very suspicious, that corsa didn't appear to even have any blue lights fitted anywhere on it.
Yeah, I'd have asked for ID of some sort first.
The officer didn't get it wrong, you did bro.
I thought the copper was very reasonable tbh..I would have had a laugh about it with him..
***** You mean no one is supposed to be above the law..The Queen is above the law..so is Charlie..Lol
What about you, Jesus?
***** But she is above the law though..You keep saying 'no-one is above the law'..But she is. She shouldn't be..but she is!
***** Yeah I heard the Queen was a lizard Queen or something Isn't she related to Pindar. Never the less the law don't apply to her, She's above that!
***** I know I seen the film...
I would have done the same thing if i was that police officer.
mrnatty122 why he was talking to his friend
Yes but the police officer isn't a mind reader, how was he to know it was his friend.
mrnatty122 police officer shouldn't have been so aggressive. If he had got out of the car and said "is everything ok" the biker could've said "yes thanks just talking to my friend".
The police man went about it in the wrong way. He got aggressive way too quickly.
Yeah but the guy on the motor bike was being a drama queen and acting like a knob.
I am so glad I watched this before bed.
This officer was 100% right.
"Are you on duty Officer?" .... "No? Then why are you impersonating an officer right now??"
both need to get off the road at a safe place not on double yellows.
Could you see one. They parked up correctly, safely.
Mate, if he didn't have that on he would've ended up in hospital.
copper did completely the right thing by interveining quickly the biker made the situation way worse by antagonising the copper while he was still in his car by looking at him mate all the time and trying to talk to him just accept you were the one who overeacted and get on with it.
Just a man doing his job. Thankful for this.
Police officer was wrong in the 1st place but admitted he was wrong by getting back in his car and not saying anything else on the matter. He was just doing his job and good on him. I'm sure you f**k up in your job loads of times (if you have one)
I hope you reported him for stepping out of his car whilst leaving it running
Police cars all have run-lock...
kernow24 Do you seriously think the police would do anything about it ???
Ben Land, was this a police car? I've never seen a corsa police car. I think the guy was on his way to or from work.
C&S Aviation in Manchester they use corsas
They use small cars like Corsas for patrol cars around here.
Hey Dale, would it be OK to include this in a cops vs bikers edit soon? Credited in the description and comments section. Thanks, MM.
Moto Madness yes that is fine mate :)
Cool as man, thanks alot I appreciate it. Will drop you a message when I use it :)
Hey mate, check out Cops Vs Bikers 2016 - Getting Pulled Over,
Encounters & More! [Ep #13] with your clip featured. Thanks alot for
letting me use it. Appreciate it!
"can I use your footage to generate revenue for myself?"
yes go ahead Pid
Hey biker ,
I think you make something of something which is not !
The policeman acted promptly and he was even fair and nice to stop you to explain what happen .....
You are the one who have to think,
So who he told you off for something he did that u didn't do lol
Typical thick Leicester copper.
That cop was cool. In America you tell a cop to calm down you get trashed and locked up, no questions.
Just a policeman doing his job and doing it well.
The police offer was spot on.
Police officer getting it right ❗️❗️This young officer is a credit to his force .
policeman handled the situation great, and apologised. good video cheers
You've made yourself look stupid, not the officer. Didn't have the guts to put your face camera either. The officer acted in the defence of a driver being potential harassed. What do you want him to do? wind down his window and listen in? drive off?
someone got up on the weong side of the bed. Even having the uniform on, he was threatening
Sandman
An apology from the arrogant cop would have been nice acknowledging the fact he totally mis-interpreted the situation
Even if you hadn't been joking he took sides with the car. He really should find out what is happening before shouting at you.
Because it says "hero" on your go pro, doesnt make you one..
The cops are always right and we're always wrong. It's the unwritten law that gets them off the hook in Magistrate's Court.
If u apply to be a Magistrate then u cud be more objective? It's part-time & they give u some pay i think.
A.W. R-C Do continue to believe that propaganda. You'll sleep easier in your bed.
SirHenryofRR Do you actually know the definition of the word propaganda? Because my personal experience is not propaganda, its personal experience. I'm guessing you're not a very clever person. Probably why the police have to keep stopping you.
Totally right for the police office to complete the stop. His motive was good intentions.
lol u shouldve said to the officer " can't stop here - it's unsafe!" xD
no blue or twos an you pulled over ?????????????????????????????
At least he explained himself. In the US the cop would have shot, tased or beaten you before any questions were asked.
And no radio on the uniform I think he's a fake..
haha, you knobber he is just finishing or starting shift. I don;t have my radio on me when I go home, cos its company issue!
Matt Bates company issue? you a security guard?
santclause1 hahaha sure why not
mattkaythetimelord Or just off shift, I dont know of any cop that takes their radio home when they are not working.
gorillaau If he was off shift then he wouldn't have his uniform on.
The copper seemed like a decent bloke.
Why can’t they all be like that . Mr policeman you’ve just put so many people to shame , well done mate
They need to grow up.
they hate being caught on camera intimidation in to civil I love it
Yes. There's a tension between journalism & government agents.
