You can edit your pictures with other software, save them to recent and then print them from the Selphy. Nice job! Also, look on the cartridge to see how many prints it will do.

The 4th pass through the printer adds a protective coating, so you don't have to laminate your bookmarks, unless you just want them to be "heavier."

Great review! I just got mine… but I my app looks totally different and I dont even have the bookmark option. Do you use a different app?
@Thai_Lam It's not actually a bookmark. 😊 I used the option to make photo booth type photos but I laminated them and use them as bookmarks.
I'm glad i cancelled my black one order and ordered the white one instead, less fingerprint, cleaner look, but did it turned yellow or dirty? Or still white?
Its still white! I have it stored in an open shelf and so far so good!

Do the rp-108 cartridges fit in the cp1500 printer?
Hi! Will the printed photo last a lifetime? I never bought a printer like this and im a bit worried it might fade after 5-10 years. Hoping someone can enlighten me on this 🙏🏻
Thinking of purchasing this as this may save me more rather than pay a studio for photo printing
That I can't answer since I purchased it recently, however I do laminate some photos so that I can hang them without a frame. Laminated photos don't loose their color.
Canon says it should go at least 100 years
The Canon paper is supposed to hold the image for 100 years. There are cheaper paper versions that are compatible with the Canon Selphy, but I doubt that it will last 100 years. I would stick with the original Canon paper. It is high quality and well worth the price.
Are the sticker labels waterproof?

When printing with a border. Does yours also print closer to one edge than the other edge?

my SPL app doesnt let me print that collage that has a line inbetween the pictures like u have 😥 but mine can do black and white on each photo square tho

Does it work with copy paper and cardstock too or just photo paper?
It just works with photo paper, but I'm sure if you cut the regular paper and cardstock to the same size it'll still work.
This is a Selphy CP1500 and it's not a Bluetooth but WiFi.

Will it work with out WiFi looking for my daughter for Christmas she dosnt have WiFi but needs something print pictures of her daughter tgats 4 months old
You don’t need WiFi, just a device ta supports so, because it creates its own WiFi network. You connect your phone to that network
Why would you put your thumb on the photo paper, when Canon provides a protection sheet (that you discarded) to assure that you absolutely do NOT touch the surface?
Did your printer automatically split the 2x6 for you or did you have to cut it?
You mean for the bookmarks? I had to cut them.

Isnt it wireless or charable
You have to plug it in to an outlet. It connects to your phone wirelessly.
You can purchase a separate battery pack with charger
