Ya know, I voted for Bernie in two primaries, and watched the Democrats overrule the popular vote by superdelegate unity and by weighing the votes of unelected party insiders over the entire rest of the populace. Saying "orange man bad" doesn't change the fact that the blue party has lost touch with reality to such an extent that a huge portion of the population would rather have a new York con man in the oval office. Many who will vote for him see him for exactly what he is, but they also see something more dangerous happening on the other side of the aisle. So, until real outsider candidates become a viable option, this is the choice we get: a fumbling old man doing whatever he can remember to think of with a shadowy cabal making the real decisions, or some random billionaire and his posse. Which one do you want? Personally, I'm honestly leaning hard in the direction of the orange menace.
