LOL the comments here are hilarious. This is not a smartwatch or Fitbit. It's a nice gshock similar to original rangeman but with bluetooth and dials. That's basically what it is. If you need step counters, gps and so on then you would need the new rangeman.
I recently bought this watch and because it's the "latest greatest" Mudmaster I just assumed it had a pedometer. Wrong. It's not a deal breaker I still love it just a major bummer and strange it's not there.
I eventually bought this Mudmaster £199 cheaper than list. So well pleased. With the Bluetooth it makes for a very versatile watch but I still believe it should be a quad sensor.
@@He_isI yes I did thanks for asking. It does need calibration, but for example I set altitude to zero while siting on the beach by the sea, few hours later same position showa 4 meters, tomorrow its 14 meters. Same position. What about that?
@@igor4102The altimeter in this watch is using the barometric pressure to calculate your altitude. Since the pressure is variable you need to recalibrate more often. If you connect the watch to your smartphone, the altitude correction is assisted by the phone and GPS data. The compass is also need recalibration. But I compared it to other instruments and it is accurate. The only thing you need to pay more attention is the altimeter. This is common for every casio watch, pro trek or g-shock with triple sensor. For the temperature reading, you need to remove the watch from your wrist and get better results. That's it.
For the vast majority of people, these watches are now relics. Their 'features' are largely useless these days with all the other options available from Garmin etc. Yes it looks epic but that's about it.
Kinda a weird take. Let's say there are five watches that all have the same features. Only thing setting them apart is the style, obviously different people like different styles so there will be something for everyone. Relics? Useless? Strange things to say just because there are other options out there. Are the other options as tough as this watch? Doubt it.
I’m looking to add a g shock mud-master
Hello sir, can you please tell me about your Wrist Width?
Hey mate, my wrist measures about 17cm around. Hope that helps
Hello. Please what is the size of the screen ? Because I want to buy screen protector from Amazon
No need for a screen protector. It has a sapphire glass
Does this charge battery thru solar power
yeah dude
She's big now I can definitely see them.
Does it tell the time?
that will come with an update.
It doesn't tell you the time. You have to read it!
No, that would defeat the purpose of a mudmaster. It tells you barometric pressure. Altitude and oxygen levels
Is this about $1000 cad?
Bonito reloj Casio. 🤩🤩⌚️⌚️⌚️⌚️
I was ready to buy this but it has no step monitor which would be ideal for trekking. Poor for such a versatile watch.

@@erwin734 buddy ...... U HAVE MY RESPECT 🙌🙌
@@erwin734older models of the mud master have a pedometer, why not this one? It's a very valid gripe.

Way too summarized. You basically end the video with more questions than you started with.

I bought it, only temperature sensor is kind of precise, other sensors including compas are way of and useless
Did you read the instructions? Probably not.

you have no idea how altimeters work do you
they work by measuring the surrounding air pressure, which constantly changes all the time
altimeters cannot be precise all the time

He's probably a sales guy for Garmin. They always say the same thing about G shocks.
I know in 20 years this will still be going
For the price point of Garmin you get more features. ALOT more features.g shock is a great back up but not as a primary for field expeditions.
