    I’ve been to some of Japan’s pods hotels over the years and I can confirm that they are as clean (98% of them) as you can get. I always felt that they can sometimes compare themselves to some of the mid-budget hotel chains. They are cheaper but offer a comfortable stay and lots of perks.
    For a budget traveller in Japan, they are definitely a great option. The only down side for a non-smoker is even tho they have designated smoking rooms, the smell is sometimes overwhelming.
    By the way, I love your channel!

    This is great, but I do not think it would work in the uk to many self intitled people. No one would follow the rules. The natives are too loud, and half the free use items would be stolen, and the alcohol would definitely be taken advantage of if not stolen in no time.

    Ahhh 26 minutes that felt like 5! One of my dreams its to go to Akihabara, that vibe, colours, the buildings, feels so alive and great! Remembers the neighbourhood in São Paulo, Liberdade(Biggest Japanese neighbourhood outside from Japan). Its not big like Akiba, but have lot of stores, restaurants, anime stuff and etc. People loves to hang out there to talk, drink, meet friends, go with cosplay and etc.
    Those machines its scary, but also very cool, imagine buying those with the weird messages and win a prize?

    When I saw the corner with the vending machines, the first thing that popped in my head was Read or Die OVA and the view from Yomiko's building. And possibly you found the local spellcasters supply house? And I don't see any Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum. How do capsule hotels deal with people who are in wheelchairs or otherwise disabled?

    I wonder how they get in that small vending machine place to refill them. It's so cramped and tiny. I'd hate to be a housekeeper for the capsules. You'd have to be small in stature to get up in there to wipe everything off. Glad to see these new videos. You've been missed.

    So in North America, we are taught that eating raw egg is bad because of Salmonella. Does Japan not have this issue?

    • @experience_japan
      @experience_japan  10 месяцев назад +2

      In Japan, eating raw eggs is very common. Therefore, all eggs distributed in Japan are managed hygienically and are processed so that they can be safely eaten raw.
