Amber is a narcissist and needs to be careful otherwise she is going to be sued again.
There is a BIG difference between crocodile tears and REAL tears. AND, there's a BIG difference in playing the victim and neing a REAL victim. Narcissists, just don't know when to stop.
The was NO evidence Johnny was abusive.
As I understand this situation, is that if any Jurors start speaking out within some 21 day period it actually benefits Amber Heard in her attempts to appeal the case....
So did a Juror just piss away 7 weeks of their lives (excluding the potential eventual Payday for some of them)...
I mean it wasn't some secret about the 21 day deal....

The tv show were Amber claimed she donated all the money was a dutch show not an uk show
She was treating a lawyer calling “Objection!” like a director would yell “Cut!” and would drop her act in an instance. It was really bizarre to watch.

Yes! You can in some instances see that the face dropped in a snap as if she was resetting and preparing for another take. The only thing off is that we can tell she’s not so good acting the scenes.

@@January. that’d suck for me since I’m not an actress in globally screened movies who usually likes that attention and is used to it, but the truth isn’t something you would need “act” out like you would lies. Whatever she was trying to accomplish, she didn’t hit her mark.

It's not legal. It is assumed that his legal team is waiting until the entire interview airs to slap AH with an injunction. JD has been stated to say he wasn't after the money, he wanted the allegations to be proven false, so he can return to filming movies. This stupid narcissist lashing out because she lost is headed towards an injunction, another lawsuit, and JD deciding that "You know what? I WILL collect on what was awarded to me in this case."
Unlike AH, I suspect that if he does collect anything, he actually WILL donate it. Why? He's not a narcissist and he's the wronged party again.

I don't believe "mutual abuse" is a thing. At least, it is very rare. One person "initiates" the abuse, and the other reacts, and I cannot be convinced that a person reacting to abuse can be called an abuser, or else self-defense would be considered a crime. Amber's lawyers failed to prove that he initiates abuse, therefore they didn't prove he was an abuser. I think calling it mutual abuse is very unfair.

On average, most domestic conflicts involving police response at least, really are due to mutual bad behavior, that's a statistical fact. Conversely, when abuse is more one sided, the abused person tends to suffer in silence for a long while before they finally seek the help they need. That seems fairly evident with JD; he just put up with her psychotic behavior for six years before he finally decided to go public with what he was going through. To be abused is humiliating, so it's harder to admit when you've been fooled by a predatory person.

While there is often an "instigator", mutual abuse is present at least 50% of the time, and we've known that for quite some time. That doesn't mean equal physical damage, etc., but we need to let go of the image of the defenseless female vs the brutal man. Ignoring reality will not help resolve DV.

I know JD is generous & doesn't want to collect the $8.35mil, however she needs to face serious consequences & learn that JD is serious & wants to move on without her in his life in any way shape or form. In fact I feel he should seriously consider bringing another case as she's still defaming him. I'm hoping Judge Penney will have alot to say when the coming court date arrives. AH has defamed Judge Penney's court & the integrity of the jury.

I agree. She is really mentally unstable; it is so sad she brought an innocent child in the midst of all of this too and then being raised by somebody like her. It is concerning she could have killed Johnny especially after she gave him that creepy knife that said, "Hasta la Muerta!" definitely not something somebody would give to somebody who is supposedly abusive toward them.
When she gave him that creepy knife, it reminded me of Jody Arias! Thank God, she didn't kill him!
The juror also said that they felt that Amber Heard was more the aggressor. And also that he did not believe that Johnny ever hit Amber. You shouldn't have left this out, it's very important.

The interview was disrespectful not only to the jury but she keept accusing JD, whom the jury found to be the one that says the truth. She'll continue to use JD's name because without him she's nobody in Hollywood

Not only was there no evidence of her claims of her abuse because there’s sometimes no evidence BUT there’s clear obvious evidence that her alleged abuse by JD did NOT happen!!
Also what she did have was tampered with.
Combined with clear evidence she was lying and being dishonest in multiple ways.
she was able to snap pics of him nodding off,(cause she honestly thought that would support her case) but not able to get pics after he allegedly was repeatedly punching her face, or pics of bloody scalp and hair from when he allegedly drug her thru glass and couldn't get pics of the bloody pillow and I don't think she realized she took a picture of the bed with the knife she used to split the wood. I work with wood and the second I saw that picture I said out loud "she pried that off with a knife or something" and then during the trial Camille asked "is that the knife you used" and I finally saw it. I had missed it. She thought she had a cash cow. Who asks for all the taxes to be paid and continue to pay all the bills on the 3 penthouses she wanted. I hate myself for originally taking her side.

I am glad they came out, since she wanted to say that witnesses were “randos”. She had no medical records to document her claims. She “lied”
The only "medical records" she has are some therapist notes that weren't allowed in. It's one of the only things that wasn't allowed in as evidence because it's all self reported. They're acting like notes of a liar reporting things is some big smoking gun for their case but if that's going to be included in their appeal it'll get thrown in the trash where it belongs. And considering she started secretly recording/documenting at the very start of their relationship (before any alleged abuse even began), it's pretty clear to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that she had this planned from the beginning. She started setting this up early on with the recordings where she would taunt him and then going to therapists and saying she's being abused. Just insane.
she just handed over a full binder of therapist notes to Dateline , dating back to when the abuse started in 2011....evidence that was not allowed in the Kangaroo Court. You should know more about the facts before you talk.
@@wendywaters4341 kangaroo court? This was a legitimate trial in a legitimate court of law, with a real judge and a jury. The fact that amber lost doesn't make it any less real. She started secretly recording and setting this up BEFORE the alleged abuse was said to have started, so I'm sure she thought telling a therapist her stories would bolster her claims. Unfortunately, self reporting to a therapist would not be accepted as evidence in a legitimate court of law because self reporting=hearsay. Therapists and other mental health professionals are not there to investigate whether or not what you tell them is true, they have to take a patient at their word. Also I'm pretty sure they started dating in 2012.
Her therapist notes are not the smoking gun she seems to think they are. They're irrelevant as far as the court of law is concerned. 🤷♀️

@@spaceishigh the jury was swayed by the "Kangaroo Court" of public opinion...so many gaps in their logic for it to not an issue in this case...."an unofficial court held by a group of people in order to try someone regarded, especially without good evidence, as guilty of a crime or misdemeanor."...some of the jurors did NOT stay off social media after they were told 31 times not to engage, so there's that! ...and ALL the jurors went by blocks and blocks of jd fans....she will win the appeal.

I'm very impressed with the jury: They noticed the hysterics one minute then stone cold answers the next; the staring that freaked them out; the donations that stayed in her bank account; the fact that they were both unkind to each other but that Depp didn't strike her. Amber Heard just will not accept the fact that she's just not believable. Like a real psycho, she'll just go on to harass Mr.Depp because she'll equate that with still being with him...scary.
I think even a child would notice lol bc she's so obvious! She just can't lie well.
These interviews are just ways for her to continue stalking. She didn't express any genuine emotion when Savanah asked her how'd she explain this to her daughter, she dodged it and answered with fluff, a non answer, but when Savanah asked did she still love Johnny she answered quickly with an unequivocally "Yes!" 🤔 Even though she was shaking her head at the same time, so I don't know if that's even true but that's the message she wanted to send to Johnny. Remember that's what she kept asking his agent to tell him after she filed for the Order of Protection? "Tell Johnny that I love him."

I mean they are still droning on about this "both sides" bullshit. When one side has not a single peice of legitimate evidence proving any injury and the other lost a piece of their finger I think you should probably stop with the false equivalences.
To be fair. Most people believed her lies for 6 years. The media is not inmune to be manipulated. The fact that they changed their minds in the face of evidence is better than CNN doubling down and misrepresenting the facts to keep an ideological narrative.

Johnny was abusive to her how? By giving her everything she wanted plus taking care of her family and friends? Johnny Depp's been a public figure for over 30 years. Not a single person has ever talked about him being violent or abusive. This trial was their chance and no one inside or outside his circle had anything to say about him. The worst story about him is that he "tossed" a bottle of wine on a hotel bed" when he was like 25. lmao. Amber Heard is the only one with a history of violence and arrest records for that violence. Amber Heard is the only one with friends talking about her physically attacking them. SHE is the only one that was Abusive in that relationship. Johnny Depp was only frustrated and tired of her of course he's going to vent at some point. But when he did it was when he was trying to get her to understand it was over.

@@butwhytho4858 There's pictures of that same guy with a big smile on his face, with his arm around Johnny, allegedly right after the altercation, and there's also a witness that was right there that has said that (as in Johnny getting physical with the guy) never happened. I'm leaning towards the guy thinking Johnny would settle just so that he doesn't have to go through a trial right after the one with Amber

Yeah, not surprising the jury felt exactly how we did. The audio recordings by themselves showed a VERY different amber than she was portraying on the stand. She's just too narcissistic to see that.
People approach this as if she is rational. She is not, if the trial showed anything, it showed, she lives for the fight. If she is fighting with Johnny she is relevant, she exists. This equates to her beating on the bathroom door. She wants to continue fighting if she isn’t fighting with someone, she ceases to exist.

This is true, I went out with a BPD Narcissist and she loved fighting, even when you rationalized to her why she did not need to be angry she would still keep going. There would be a moment when it clicked in her head and she would still go back to the anger. People need to also realise that BPD types primarily lie to themselves first and then lie to those around them, she probably genuinely does see her self as the victim as she feels entitled to be aggressive, it's the people complaining about her aggression that she sees as the problem.

Amber and Elaine are not helping us out here. Amber is not the face of women in abusive relationships. She’s exactly what men call us, when we tell the truth. She’s set us back, while insulting us, as well. She claims that all of us who found Johnny more credible are just star-struck fans, deceived by social media and Johnny’s team. The fact is that, when Amber testified, it made a lot of us very uncomfortable, because she exhibited the same traits as those who’d bullied us.
Beth Moore, those were my thoughts exactly. Her arrogant theatrics on the stand and her smirking whilst others were on the stand set us all back in a most significant way. She certainly didn't represent domestic abuse victims. She represented women who give women a bad name. She acted like a female who didn't get what she wanted and was throwing a tantrum. I hope someone in her inner circle takes her aside and explains to her that she has done more damage to the integrity of women than most men could ever do on their own.

It quickly became obvious to domestic violence victims everywhere that she was the controlling aggressor & he was trying to deescalate & escape. She is not well and needs help. Who on earth are her PR people? She should be keeping a low profile for her own good.
Most of Mr Depp's so called "emotional abuse" wasn't actually abuse because he wrote those emails and texts to someone OTHER than Ms Heard. He wrote them to his friends and he wrote that really scathing email to his agent AFTER he found out he lost his most iconic role from Disney. She wouldn't even have known about those but for this trial. So, I take issue with the idea that he verbally abused her. In most of the texts messages to her, he was conciliatory, apologizing for falling off the wagon, etc. The emails where he name called and said awful things about her were NOT sent to her.
This will start Heard off again. She will end up in a straight suit 🤞. Think we could all see and hear who was lying and faking the dry tears. As for the donation that she kept is a disgrace!!

I've seen comments online that people think JD should donate any money he gets from AH but why should he? He already gave her $7mil that he was told was going straight to charities, not his responsibility that AH did not give the money straight to charities

It’s such a relief to see the jury felt the same exact way we all felt. It’s so fascinating to see they felt just as uncomfortable with amber staring at them as we all felt. Excellent reporting CourtTV!! I appreciate it so much when media doesn’t cave in to Amber’s narrative.
I could feel the cringe factor that the jury felt, and I am not involved. Many times I had to look away because of her over exaggerated facial ticks and forced tearless crying! If I had someone like her in my life I would probably turn to drinking or drugs. You have to be a certain type of person to be able to deal with the way she would egg him on. I was once abused by an old boyfriend and I was experiencing triggers listening to her testimony! IDK, this whole case has been a circus and am so happy Johnny won!

The fact is, AH claimed of sexual and physical abuse from JD, yet there was no one single hard evidence to support her claims. How can she claim that JD sexually assaulted her with a bottle, yet she did not seek medical attention or call the police? How believable is that? She was taking pictures of JD to discredit him yet when she supposed to take pictures of her claims against him she had no evidence. It is sad but she needs to go and get a life and leave JD alone. Thing is a person with BPD don't even realize they are lying. I have a daughter that has BPD and they don't understand why people don't believe them. Also they can go into manic episodes where anger comes out then they sleep for days on end then they are up for days on end. It is a mental issue that if not treated correctly and therapy it is scary to be around. I got my daughter help by telling doctors how she acted. Best thing I did and when she got help she told me I never knew this was what normal is like.

Keep in mind that Amber AND Elaine both claim that the UK trial (where Amber was NOT the defendant) and the "mountain of evidence" there, along with additional evidence that didn't make it into this trial would have "bolstered their case". Yet, in their appeal filing they are requesting most of the evidence to be sealed (not public). If it truly would bolster their case, grant her an appeal, or at very least present her in a better light within the public eye, why hide it??? They truly think that the public is just a gaggle of complete fools and that we are all huge Depp stans & use that as a way to justify their HUGE loss. It isn't that. We aren't as dumb as they blindly think, nor are we all stans - alot of us are simply fans of justice, truth & humanity, which AH & her team are totally foreign to. This juror came forward at the PERFECT moment - totally throwing a wrench in her BS media circus. We are witnessing karma collect in real time.

I always thought that her staring at (and probably studying) the jury was creepy.
She probably heard somewhere, online or via shows or movies, that making eye contact with the jury would make the jury believe you. The problem with Amber though, is that she's a sociopath with no self awareness or emotions. She truly believes that her act is thoroughly convincing - but we see right through her performance. She's basically doing a poor impersonation of a normal human being and failing miserably.

I just think she saw how the public and (possibly, the jury) responded to Dr. Curry and the other witnesses on Depp's team and just took it a step further. There were instances where she mimicked Depp's testimony. She mimicked Vasquez's assertiveness but took it far enough where it came off as aggressive. She does a whole lot of mirroring.

I'm glad this juror spoke out after Amber said they were all swayed by social media. No, they just didn't believe your lies.
But she did blame the jury...she accused them of looking online when they shouldn't have. ... Everyone but poor amber is to blame. I had a feeling she wouldn't be able to shut her mouth. She needs to be very careful what she says because she's going to end up back in court again. Walk away, accept the outcome and if possible, focus on learning the value of integrity.
