My 35yr old son came into the kitchen in tears, he was so overcome and happy for Johnny and men who have been abused by women. My son is also a survivor like Johnny.
I'm a mother of boys. They were raised respecting human beings in general. Having courtesy and kindness with all. Gave them a lot of insight regarding women's world as men in general are so ignorant (understandably) about women's world view. The result is that they were both sorely mistreated by a couple ladies. But you know what, they can proudly say they are good men.
I am a dv survivor and a boy mama and I can't imagine them going through that! Everyone who has ever been abused was hooked and in tears of joy when he won
I’m a survivor of both physical and mental. For me, emotional abuse is the worst. I don’t usually watch anything like this trial but I was really interested in what happened to Johnny. I was so happy for him and relieved when it was over.

The fact that Mr. Chew is wearing an alpaca on his suit jacket. LOL what a great nod to that part of the trial, what a legend. He and Camille did FABULOUSLY, they deserve all the credit in the world for their patience, empathy, and sheer determination and hard work. They seem like such great individuals, and remind me that thankfully there's still good people in this world that fight for the right thing. :)

AH is very superficial so I LOVE that setting. As a REAL survivor I sa my own abuser up there when AH was on it. It triggered me immensly, and had nightmares, cried a lot ++++, so I had to stop Watching her for months. Now I am ok to revisist the trial, caus I want tp know every single second of it. Boy, AH is EVIL and CRUEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Johnny was obviously truthful in court , while Amber was a very poor liar .
I'm kinda happy that Whitney was in the camera w Camille during cross, the faces started making me laugh. She looked like the angriest dog in the world or like she may have stepped on a bee.

The most scary part of these trial is that if Amber's allegations wouldn't have been so over the top and Johnny didn't have pictures/ recordings to prove his innocence he would have been found guilty! Johnny had a dream team working hard to prove Amber's lies.
And if it wasn’t televised we wouldn’t have known either. That’s why Johnny wanted it televised so we could SEE for ourselves.

It is unforgivable Johnny Depp fabricated the human feces on his side of the bed. she didn't poop in the bed. At the time Depp wasn't even living there and hadn't been for a month. Their little Yorkie Boo had eaten some of Depp's weed and was experiencing stomach issues. He had already pooped in the bed, directly onto Depp himself, in the past. This was a rumor started by him to humiliate and discredit her. Depp himself sent a text to his assistant asking him to "leave a coil of dookie" in front of Amber's door and blame it on the dog.
Johnny shouldn’t have won bet he lied about everything. I’m so damn sick of everyone still defending him for what he did to Her. She’s the real victim here not him. The only reason he won was becsuse his lawyer bribe the jury with all his lies. Amber heard is innocent but you people still defend a criminal why. I like how Mrs. Vasquez still says "Mr. Depp" - very respectful towards a former client.
I can never forget how uncomfortable it was to sit through her dramatic antics of supposedly being sexually abused with a bottle. Johnny looks completely disturbed during that.
Imagine sitting there and listening to your abuser cry and use her crocodile tears to trick people into thinking you attacked her. God that's gotta be hard to sit through quietly. A false accusation is one thing but to pretend to cry like that is just disgusting.

I recently saw her on Popcorned Planet and she only spoke highly about JD and how she’s spent holidays w/ him and his family and even met Amber.

It wz probably the MOST TRUTHFUL STATEMENT, she made in the whole trial!! I certainly believed her then!!! I've kept saying, even whn Gayle King talked about how much backlash AH wz getting on social media & seemed 2 hve pity, sumthing 4 AH, I thot, NO it wz mainly DO 2 how mainstream media wz covering the trial & painting AH as the victim?! I think the majority of us who watched the trial or interview, as a result, watched it only on a YT channel! Even after the verdict & JD wz moving on w/ his life, happy & on tour, it wz kinda funny, cuz AH at 1 pt, wz basically daring JD 2 do an interview. Ellen Barkin (briefly dated in 1994): She testified in the UK libel and VA case that Johnny threw a wine bottle in her direction. She described him as a controlling, jealous man and stated that there was always an air of violence around him.
Kate Moss (dated from 1994-1998): She was known to have engaged in public fights with Johnny and was present when he was arrested for wrecking a hotel room. In an interview, Johnny mentioned telling Hunter S. Thompson that Kate "gets a severe beating" when asked if he had ever abused her. There are also rumors of him pushing her down the stairs, which she denied in the current trial, but did not deny other forms of abuse. In the book Champagne Supernovas, it was reported that Kate was afraid of Johnny's violent temper.
Vanessa Paradis (married from 1998-2012): In an interview, she talked about Johnny's explosive behavior and how he would throw plates at the wall, but also mentioned that he could be calm when he managed to control his inner demons. She received a $150 million settlement in their split and has remained silent.

AH is the one who was attest for hitting her first husband at a airport in front of people so what would she not do in private and her friend rocky and her had a fight over something very silly and we have a video where some women were talking to AH sister about how AH beat her up and left her with bruises they were there for people to see and when she was with Elon musk he had bruises around his eyes and face he never had them with anyone else her plan to get JD to od failed the same as her plan to taunt him and tried and get him to hit her also failed
If he was so bad to her why did she want him with her all his free time and made it hard for him to visit his children and family and friends and he could not take her with him because none of them liked her or wanted to be with her

She moved to Spain because it is nearer the UK where JD had spent most of his time in the last two years and can you tell me what she is living on in luxury in Spain for one year and she told the court and everyone she was bankrupt and had no money and is buying a two million dollars house in Madrid and she has not worked for three years or more and had a pr team which I think you are part of and two or three people attending her and a full time nanny for a place who does nothing all day
I think that as JD has got older he has become very calm as we all do and when he was would AH and we heard them on the tapes he was the one who was the calmest and he very rarely shouted only when he was trying to get a word in because she was born very overbearing and there was never fear in her voice
She had no real evidence and he was only suing her for deframeing him and tell lies it was the people listening to the trial that said she was a abuser

I watched Camille's performance at this trial to prep for the "mock trial" style exam at my law school (I needed her energy, it was a must) and I got an A! 😍 She's a major inspiration for me.

Year flew bye. But...that 6 week trial seemed to take forever. Finally... JD got justice. The unfolding of how cruel and calculating she was to Depp was mind boggling. I cried when the verdict was read, as though he were a blood relative. Watching Depp's continued success is heart warming. Thank you to the entire legal team. Johnny Depp has his life back.
Believe it or not Johnny Depp kept quite busy between his divorce and trail. He's been back. 9 of his last 10 movies have flops. You never saw a single one right. Perhaps you're gleeful bc of a misogynistic component within you.
Was this an elaborate hoax? To believe so, you would need to accept that Amber:
Enlisted friends, family, doctors, nurses, and acquaintances to conspire with her over 5 years.
Faked text messages, audio recordings, photos, bruises, scars, emails, medical records, multiple therapists' notes, and a 911 call.
Turned down 25 million in the divorce settlement, that she was entitled to per California law, in favor of 7 million because she was a gold digger.
Left no evidence of planning and no one has come forward to admit they ever lied for her.
Convinced people to testify for her 6 years after the relationship ended despite having been subject to harassment and intimidation with zero incentive to continue lying for her.
Fooled a High Court Justice with decades of experience into ruling against Depp in his lawsuit against The Sun magazine.
It was so hard to go to work and miss it.
I said this towards the end of the trial, I think had he put her in his will, we would have woken up one day to headlines saying Depp had died or was in a coma from an O/D. That thought kept coming up and it made me realize that she was so much more Dangerous than destroying a wealthy man’s career. He was in real trouble with her and that’s why it frustrated me so much to hear he would meet with her after the TRO and write that he’d always love her. Really made me worry for him because his judgement was so off when it came to her.

He had a good thing going until Herd lied to the courts and the world and single-handedly derailed his entire career (with an assist from the public who didn’t have all the facts). I watched the trial daily as well and wept tears of joy for JD's win! Camille and Ben , and their team, did a fantastic job! And the "randos" who "came out of the woodwork" also helped convince the jury of the truth in this case. 👏🏻

The jurors were abysmal. Completely out of their depth and not trauma informed. The court stenographer said they repeatedly fell asleep during testimony. To top it all they didn’t fill in the forms correctly and gave a contradictory verdict of joint defamation which made no sense
their greatest WIN by JD's attorneys was getting TV camera's into the courtroom. Once AH & her legion of social media sycophants lost control of the narrative, it was all over..

Even if victims would do that, she certainly couldn’t pull it off. Fake sobs but no one on set to help out with some artificial tears on hand - that’s what made it super uncomfortable for me. I still get very emotional seeing coverage like this and realizing how close we came to losing this incredible man. I almost forgot how masterful Camille’s cross of AH really was. It truly encapsulated the different universes of how the legal teams presented these cases. Johnnys team brought everything forward, including his flaws, and presented him as an open book good and bad. His open embrace of his shortfalls was stark compared to her inability to concede a single flaw of her own. Then you add everything else in and it was just stark to see everything.

I feel like it was a slam dunk because she so egregiously lied and thought her lies would explain away recorded evidence, photos and common sense. It was most certainly an indictment of the ACLU, Washington Post and the mainstream media. It also made the Metoo movement look badly. The judge and her staff handled the circus well, especially the deputies.

I watch the cross exam and redirect over and over and over. Camille shut Amber and Elaine down so fiercely and deservedly.
I feel like Dennison doesn't get enough credit. He easily destroyed the credibility of their "experts." Dr. Spiegel in particular. That man should never be allowed near a patient, especially not someone who is as vulnerable as psychiatric patients are.

Judge disregarded all evidence and testimonies, called Amber getting physical with Johnny as her being feisty, Amber was watching the proceedings and was able to reply to all evidence and pretty much veto everything JD supplied to the court.
He only listened to her. Judge also blocked them from appealing in the UK.
