Gina, when I get the seasonings with the big holes, I make sure the top is secure and puch a hole in the protection cover under the top. The I unscrew the top,fine the hole and pull the cover half way back. This way I can better control what I'm shaking out. You share so many tips with us, I thought I would share one with You.
