Gina I made this and it was a HIT the ONLY thing I did wrong is I put season salt on the meat and it was a tad salty but that was my fault. You need absolutely no salt with this cause of the soy sauce but other than that it was DELICIOUS. My sister and I are making it again tonight over video chat with your egg roll recipe. You're the bomb keep up the amazing work!

I think that I will add some sliced mushrooms and some water chestnuts with the dish that you prepared. Velveting is new to me. I have never heard of that before. It is like educational each time that I see your videoes.
Gina I’m really going to have to have my husband make one of your recipes he has to cook because I’m in a wheelchair and I can’t cook on the stove so I watch videos for us to learn new recipes and I tell him how to make it or I’ll have him watch the video with me. Know I use to be able to cook on the stove when I use to get wheelchairs that could raise up but since I’m an adult they won’t pay for that part where I live and we couldn’t find a place that would help pay for it. If I was walking I would love to become a chef but since I can’t walk I just love watching cooking videos

One of our favorite Chinese dishes. I put a little sesame seed oil in my pan to fry meat. The gue that is found on bottle and spout tops is called, “nitwick” , and yes I wipe my bottles until they’re impeccably clean. Lol Thanks for the recipe and all the laughs. Who videos your shows?
