      Yes you can though oil quantity should be less than butter maybe 1/4 Cup Oil and increase the milk from 2 Tbsp to 5-6 Tbsp

    Turn on the top and bottom of the oven? If the oven is too strong, can we reduce the temperature? my oven is small??

    • @theartisticcook
      @theartisticcook  2 месяца назад

      I baked in an electric convection oven. If your oven temperature is too strong then sure you can bake at a lower temperature with both top and bottom on.

  • @nadanasr1956

    I tried it and it was delicious but it taste a little bit salty (need to reduce the amount of salt)

    • @theartisticcook
      @theartisticcook  Месяц назад

      Did you use unsalted or salted butter, I used unsalted so adding 1/4 Tsp Salt was perfect. If salted then skip the salt.

    Can u tell method in gas without otg

    • @theartisticcook
      @theartisticcook  2 месяца назад

      You can bake on gas stove using a deep preheated pan or Kadhai. Place a small stand or a bowl first in the pan. Then place the cupcake tray. Cover with a lid. Cook on low medium heat for 25-30 mins or till a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

    But 1 cup is around 250 grams

    • @theartisticcook
      @theartisticcook  3 месяца назад +1

      No that's the weight of liquid in ml written on a standard measuring cup 250ml. Weight of flour or any dry ingredient put in the measuring cup varies depending on its weight. If you don't own a weighing scale then I recommend that you fluff and scoop out the flour into the cup with a spoon and then level it by taking out the excess from top. Taking the flour directly with the cup will usually put more than a Cup of flour and result in dense cupcakes.
