Easy Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe
You can make this easy vanilla cupcakes recipe without an electric mixer. You just need a wooden spoon or a whisk to mix the cupcakes batter. I prefer using a wooden spoon as I don't like the ingredients stuck in between the whisk during the preparation.
Tips:
1. All the wet ingredients must be at room temperature.
2. Measure the flour correctly - if you are using cup measurement, check my cup measurements below. Use a weighing scale for accurate measurement, if you have one, as it will never go wrong.
3. Baking time and temperature depend on your oven type as it varies from oven to oven. Please adjust accordingly.
4. I like to turn my pan halfway through baking and do not open your oven frequently to check on the cupcakes.
5. After baking, let the cupcakes cool for 3 minutes in the pan then remove them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Note:
1 Cup = 250 ml
1/2 Cup = 125 ml
1/4 Cup = 60 ml
Tsp = Teaspoon
Tbsp = Tablespoon
