Won’t be that much! Yes will require a maid just for house cleaning who will charge a lot for such a big house. If the house owner is not good with gardening then they will need someone for grass maintenance say once a week. Electricity bill be basis how much they actually use.
My house is big and open as well but this is bigger I wish that I have a pool like that. Well done sir it is beautiful clean and not with allot of things. Love it.
