Yep even if you land., Place and plant grenary it ..rather than just big fat homes .. Homes should.be small., Surroundings and good air matters more .. Food ,water, shelter are the essential needs ..and needs to be give more importance to
The design is stunningly similar to Nepali 🇳🇵 architecture. Those were the golden days when cultures and arts traveled without boundaries. Now everything is radicalized.
I like the exterior, and the fact that rooms are pretty spacious but interiors could have have been waaayyyyy better. It’s just bunch of furniture put in there. There is no color scheme, no focal points, bathroom tile color was too dark and blah. Too much wood without specific design style.

My honest feeling after watching this video is, the interiors didn't seem to compliment the way the house looks from outside. Also the space outside is wasted. But as long the people living here are content such opinions do not matter. It is a huge deal to be even able to make such a big 🏠

Nothing exceptional in design architecture and functionality. Exteriors and interiors dont merge harmoniously. Definitely not imaginative. Not worth for the cost
doesn't looks spacious also interiors looks very busy and tight, not worth the money spent,unnecessary space wasted in landsacaped mountain instead a plain grass lawn would have been practical , car parking wont even let the car doors fully open wasted the space, all room sizes don't seem to be spacious enough and free in space, dining room won't let have space to move around the table for a person to serve when someone seated on last captain chairs. many flaws in overall interior and rooms sizes. bathrooms too look cramped
No need to be exceptional . .the home offers comfort and less maintenance costs to owner and let him enjoy the feeling of home in every way .. Beauty is secondary Primary use is to live peacefully in it
@@emilv.george9985 it's not about just living..It is about how efficient we are living..the above people who commented doesn't talk about beauty they talk about interior quality..the interior is too busy for size..most of the people doesn't have proper house to live..when someone design the house like this it is so inefficient..it is house. not a wooden forest or house of walls or house of showcases of wooden materials and stones. Interior quality should be there even in small homes cause we spend 90% of time inside..And moreover the huge lawn is one of the cruel thing one can ever do because it needs overall maintenance and humungous water and the amount of oxygen is too less..And moreover the interior planning done in this house is one of the poorest design. An certified architect or interior designer would just give 2.5/5 for this house.. Don't tell this house is designed by architect if it so I am sure he/she doesn't have enough design sense..
House design is beautiful, very elegant. House surrounding is also pleasant and artful. Sorry to say, just one thing though, I feel the place of the fridge and/or the orientation of its door is not correct.
Which brick is cost effective - Porotherm bricks or AAC blocks? Which of these bricks will reduce the heat? Can you please do a video explaining the differences between both of these bricks and reasons for you to suggest which one is the best? Also can we do gypsum plastering on these two bricks in order to avoid the usage of cement, its cost and heat absorption of cement? Hope to get a reply from you.
