So this home is look like a white palace. Porch is designed at the front area of the home with stylish pillars.
Going up the steps with beautiful decorative wooden railing leads to awesome sit out area. Royal style sitting place and hanging bulbs are arranged here.
Moving on we entering the vast spaced royal hall area. Interior works are mostly done by wooden materials. Living area is designed at the left side. Lets check the awesome interior works. Carved design works are done on the complete wall. And royal style sofa sets, Curtains, Tea tables and other settings are bring the eye catching view.
All walls are beautifully done with carved design. Moving on we can see a wash basin area with amazing look. Basin is look like a golden plate.

Totally agree with you.....it has no soul. A pity. Could have been a show case of the best in Kerala with modern 21 century amenities but instead it looks like a cheap imitation of the Palace of Versailles.
Seems like they copied middle eastern design. In gulf apartments rarely have balconies as there are frequent dust storms

Wow this house is so breathtakingly beautiful but i dont really understand the bathrooms its too dark and i dont understand the toilets so big and square insted of small and round like im used too seeing if i lived there i would diffenately change that and the training room with dining entertaining room and put some more balconies and colors and green plants and flowers inside maybe a pool and then a cinema and then its pretty much perfect 🤗

In this day and age, nobody builds house like these! Everybody is goin for designs which allows lot of natural light & air into d house, which is btw plenty available in Kerala & keeps d design very minimalistic! This house luks like it was d vision of a person who's mind is stuck in 1950s!

Engineer or architect? If the engineer was involved then the house would have high ceiling for good ventilation, solar panel for green energy and open high space for natural sun-light. This house has none of these. Space wasted with cluttered furniture.

Well played with price and with interior , but one point you can spend 5000 crores on interior and house , but bathroom accessories how costly can it be 250 rs mug , 250 rs bucket , toilets cleaner 1000 rs . Bathroom design Italian marble , but bucket and mugs plasticy. Not a rich feel , interior designers do something

Who called it a house ? It’s nothing short of a palace .. it’s an exhibition of wealth . It’s gaudy & flashy … there’s no natural light or greenery inside the house… furniture is of the same kind in different colours across the palace … I don’t mean to belittle the grandeur of the building… it’s of course a master piece construction but for those who like ‘earthly’ houses this is not for you …
Ofcourse, no natural light & there r walls everywhere, will only make people staying in the house feel claustrophobic within a month!

Not a house but a showroom. Lots of effort has been put in but it missed the mark at many levels. Architecture: low ceiling affects ventilation, no natural light, no room for green energy. Interior design: too many similar looking furniture cluttered the space. 04:46 TV and the furniture mismatch-no home theatre? no extra space 05:37. The plastic bucket 07:28 (?). If the house has children, how are they going to move around? However, the exterior is superb but not the interior. I've visited many palaces across northern-Europe, that's why I'm sharing my view (:

This house was much talked about in kerala, wayanad . But sad truth is that the owner died committing suicide after suffering loss in business 😔 he couldn’t sleep one day in his big mansion……. It’s not how big the houses or how rich a person is…..happy life is all about peace of mind

It's obvious that lots of effort gone into this. But, the layout is too clustered without natural light, no high ceiling and no proper ventilation. Too many overly done furniture all over the place make it look like a show-room than a palace-like home. There's a clash between the architecture and the interior design.

Five star palace, very beautiful
Loved all the furniture, the gold stairways i loved. The detailed of the inside and ceilings of the mansion loved it. The bedrooms were too small didn't have enough room to walk too crowded it didn't have no walk in closets. The chandeliers were beautiful. Didn't have balconies which it's ok they could be put on later but I loved it cause of all the furniture inside. Thanks for sharing this video with us. 😊👍

Mashallah beautiful house but with this size of a land and budget, alot more could have been done to make it more practical and echo friendly house;
Bringing exterior of nature into interior in all rooms, all spaces, all halls, all bathrooms ( using natural light, greenery and breathing space)
In long run, as Kerala has lots of rain.. interior walls, colour and woodwork start dampening.. needed lots of air ventilation
This house would need electricity throughout the day and night
Each bedroom should have had balcony and private space. You don't sleep all the time - not even at night and need to experience moon, stars, even rain and winters
