Don't know why GGD drums nowadays not as good as their earlier products...Rs..pls maintain these quality or even better quality the next time u guys realese new drums
Thanks so much for the kind words. We're excited about the next instrument we're working on, and we hope it delivers. GGD makes some really amazing sounding kits. We're just trying to do our own thing as much as possible. \m/
oh man, sounds amazing PLEASE tell me that midi aftertouch is supported (aka cymbal chokes by hand on an e-kit) and I am sold That's one of my pet peeves with Kontakt tbh Either way, amazing work!
This is something we need to release (hopefully) as an update. It's been brought up a few times now, and we definitely want to make e-kit compatibility more of a focus moving forward.
@@rsdrumsofficial Indeed, and to be honest, judging by your samples quality, this vst would be on another level. One of the reasons me and other colleagues in the music industry stopped using GGD and turned to toontrack was the midi aftertouch thing (and Kontakt of course haha). I don't get how a company like GGD can't invest on a standalone engine and effectivel immediately solve the cymbal choke limitations, while users come up with custom scripts and code to resolve this issue. Anyway, I 'll stop rumbling now, I love both of you guys and I really trust your tastes and work ethic. P.s. I am also a Travis Orbin disciple (actually met him in Greece and had a lesson with him haha)! xD :P
@@kutsunnee Are you me? aha. I emailed RS this exact question yesterday. They replied really fast - so kudos to them. They are the only company I've emailed so far that has given me a response that shows they understand what my question is and why I'm asking it. I would be so hyped for a standalone vst like the fairview kit with aftertouch and really good ekit integration. For me Ezdrummer3 basic has worked out the box the best functionality wise in this price range *ish* But GGD /Mixwave /RS just sound so much better. Also where do I find these customs scripts? aha
