The Henson family is the reason why we love the muppets rip Jim Jane and John carry on the muppet legacy Brian and family and continue the family tradition of puppeteering and making everyone happy
Thanks for this! I've seen almost everything with Jim making an appearance, and this one is one of the most precious ones. It really is special since he wanted to break into Television as his dream, so, I imagine this was an honor like no other to him. And he chose perfect words with his time. To talk about others beside him instead of himself, and to address something like being responsible heads of television- shows what a great man he was.

RIP Jim Henson 1936-1990 the legend of modern puppetry. You have always been remembered by your fans like me ever since your death.
The world is a much darker place without him in it. Thank you for everything Jim Henson!
What if he went to the hospital earlier? That would be a miracle if he did.
@@reneastle8447 Mr. Ratburn: if Jim Henson Had Only Got Himself Checked into The Hospital Earlier Things Would Have Been Veeery Different
@@Cheeseandwhiskers Indeed, he would've created more contents for Sesame Street and worked on more projects.

Jim Henson would been proud of his work and his friends
Coming back to celebrate Jim's 85th birthday on September 24th (at the time of me posting this). That show was legendary!

I still watch those shows too. They always make me smile and remind me of happier times.
Happy LATE birthday Jim!

Frank was in 2 famous franchises the muppets and star wars
I would be surprised if some of the characters from Sam & Friends came back into the modern series.

It might be an illusion that he _was_ sitting in the audience and performing at the same time.

(Oscar the Grouch) Ha! Jim Henson? He always treated me like... trash!

Who is doing Kerment if Jim in the audience.
Never mind. Kermit was voiced by Jim they just edit it to look like he was watching it.
@@anneboylen9914 ya it’s weird that Jim was actually performing in this
So he is making this for himself basically
@@StasioRUclips not really some one wrote the script and asked him to perform it. He was surprisingly a really humble guy

I feel like Jerry Juhl wrote the script but at the same time, I highly doubt that

It was probably steve whitmire, early on he did a good job with Kermit. He was Kermit in the muppet christmas carol and did a good job. After that meh
@@scottbabien4395 No no no. Henson pre-recoreded Kermit's lines, and a puppeteer lip synched.
