If you can not hear the incoming call in iPhone although the speaker is working then let us see some ways by which we can fix the issue.
The simple ways and sometimes what we don’t notice is we might have put the iPhone in silent mode.
See if the silence button is pushed down. If it is then push it up.
The next thing is to make sure that the ringer volume is maximum.
Press the volume up button to make sure that the volume is maximum.
If you can not change the volume with the volume button then:
Go to “Settings”.
Go to “sounds & haptics”.
Enable “Change with buttons”.
Now you will be able to change the ringer volume with volume buttons.
The other thing that you have to check if maybe you have accidentally turned on “Do not disturb mode” in yor iPhone.
Go to “Settings”.
Select “Do not disturb”.
Make sure “Do not disturb” mode button is disaled.
Check if your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode
When you press the volume mode then check if your iPhone is stuck on headphone mode.
If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode then you will see microphone icon instead of volume icon.
If the iPhone is stuck in headphone mode then take a small sharp needle and gently move it in circular way inside the headphone jack to remove the derbis inside.
This can fix the issue.
Check if the iPhone is connected to bluetooth device

Really? You sure you have the button on the left side of your phone, pushed in the UP position and not showing a red color? This is usually the only thing that most people don’t realize that’s preventing them from getting calls and other notifications! As simple as it is!
