If your iPhone does not ring for the call which you receive or for the text alert then what you do is make sure that the ringer button which is here on the side, it is on. Also make sure that the the volume of the ring, it is maximum and not minimum.
Then the next thing what we will do after this one is we will go to "Settings". We will scroll down and got to "Do not disturb" and make sure that this "Do not disturb" mode it is disabled. If it is enabled then you will not get any ring when the iPhone is locked.
Now the other thing what we will do is we will go to "Settings" again. We will go to "Notifications". We will scroll down and look for "Messages". Make sure that "Allow notification" for messages, it is enabled and make sure that the sound, and make sure that you have selected a tone for the, tone for the sound and it's not "none".
Similarly what we will do is we will go and look for "Phone" and make sure that "Allow notifications" for phone, it is enabled. Also make sure that you have selected a sound for the ringtone. so, once you do these things, this should fix the issue.

I was having this issue for months, I mess up my phone in the past trying to avoid to much noise, well, today I was planning in buying a new phone because that, but before it, I decided to search for solutions. I completely forgot about the bottom for silent, (I remember know that I was switching that button sometimes)🤦♀️🤦♀️ 🤯🤦♀️ that was the only thing. It’s working perfectly again! Shame on me! Lol.

Laaaaate reply but if you look on the left side of your phone on the very top next to your sound volume control, make sure the orange isn’t showing. If it is, switch it off.

My phone have no ringtone sound. I can listen music, and also no problem in phone incoming and outgoing sound. but i cant hear my ringtone. i tried all tricks mentioned in ur video. No orange display also. Is there any method to check that my speaker is damaged or working.
On the left side of your phone on the upper side of volume control theres a switch make sure it was on

I have this problem, sometimes it rings sometimes it doesmt, im looking at my phone and see incoming call but no ring tone. The annoying mute button on the side has been glued into the "on" position so its not that.

Hi,
You can find a small button just above the volume button. Please see it it’s pushed outside which means you can find a orange colour edge at the bottom of that button.
Push it towards the iPhone.
You can see a notification saying ringer is on. This solves your problem.
