They could not hear that everyone has a right to ask for asylum, immediately rolled into the claim that immigrants disappear after arriving.
There was a very successful pilot program done by our government wherein the clients were properly notified of appearance dates and had access to legal representation. Virtually all of them showed up repeatedly, even though most of the asylum cases were refused and they were ordered deported.

@@Blacksheep-Ba-Ba You do have the right to ask for asylum and have your day in court. Not everyone has the time, ability, or money to go to a legal port when they are fleeing for their lives. It can take months, maybe years, if you know your abusive spouse was going to kill you, or a gang was going to murder your family you'd cross illegally too. I know I would.
The immigrants waiting in detention are waiting for their court to decide whether they can stay or not. If we improved the process and got the amount of judges we needed we could expedite the process and it would be a lot cheaper then housing them in dentition.
But then the private companies running the detention centers wouldn't make as much profit, and the politicians wouldn't get as many "campaign donations" or get to rile up their voters about the "dangerous illegals".

nope..you should not say that.. instead say why don't illegal immigrants set in Mexico and drive up north to texas or is bused there in the morning then drive back after work in the evening. can even make a railroad between the two countries. where passagners paid a fee to be taken to the USA to work with paperrs then return back to Mexico..This way instead of coming illegally they can come legally then go back legally..and make enough money to return back to their home countries. Think about it..They are mostly coming for the work. Americans can even build apartments in Mexico and rent it to them to stay in. both parties win..The migrants get to work legally and the Americans make money from the buses and trains and housing. and Mexicans make money from the illegals buying food and water and clothes from them. I mean we could even color code all illegal immigrants coming in to work legally. We could make them all wear blue and white or blue and red with like a USA flag of something to state these are legally working migrants workers.. Then if they coming to pick fruits they can or whatever else that is needed but then undermine regular USA citizens. in Europe they have this thing where migrants from Asia go there to pick fruits then leave afterwards. So why not the same here. Americans build apartments and houses in Mexico for the illegal immigrants and rent it out to them. then buy buses and trains and make them pay for transportation to and from USA states. Then make clothes like uniforms to let people know who they are and make them paid for it. This way both parties win. So even if they take some Americans jobs that American can make it back by through renting and transportation to said illegal now legal working migrants. do you understand?

Woah the self-hatred of this people is just too crazy. My family moved to Spain and then later on to UK, I'm gonna be honest they came legally as tourists, to then illegally overstay their visas. At the time if you wanted to come for pleasure you had to prove that you had big amounts of money to support yourself and that you were not coming to stay, you had to prove that you were coming as just tourists. My parents could have tried doing it the "right way" but according to them applying for residency and all the bureaucracy was just too overwhelming for just the two barely literate Ecuadorian farmers that my parents were. 1st generation citizens like this don't really understand how hard it is to apply for citizenship when you don't have money and the connections to do so. Now almost 20 years later, I am happy that my parents did that... Both of them worked their assess off day and night non-stop, never creating problems and always being humble. People like this don't understand the struggle that their parents had to suffer. Thanks to my parents strength I am nowadays a research Biochemist and my brother is a chemist that is now career changing into coding in one of the best universities of the UK, take that trumpists and Tories!!! nope..you should not say that.. instead say why don't illegal immigrants set in Mexico and drive up north to texas or is bused there in the morning then drive back after work in the evening. can even make a railroad between the two countries. where passagners paid a fee to be taken to the USA to work with paperrs then return back to Mexico..This way instead of coming illegally they can come legally then go back legally..and make enough money to return back to their home countries. So even if they take some Americans jobs that American can make it back by through renting and transportation to said illegal now legal working migrants. do you understand? thanks for listening

They get their ID's, boom, all legal and able to move freely in all states. If they don't get ID's, deported or held until can show who they are with records. Hello, most of their parents entered illegally and others entered legally, but every country has the right to protect their borders, if no look now peru and Chile, open borders or no control in the borders cause a lot of social problems to the country, peru and Chile now are deporting illegall immigrants even they speak the same language and are sudamericans,. If immigrants enter to a country illegally, then they need to be aware of the risks and consequences and assume that responsibility of that including the deportation. If a illegal immigrant entered to a country illegally, he or she needs to fix his or her legal situation, adapt to a new culture, speak the language and respect the rules and regulations of the new country, the reason usa and other countries is not opening the borders is because a lot of bad behaviour people mixed with good people enter crossing the border illegally and good people enter here but do not adapt to the culture and do not contribute to the progress of the nation (or prefers only to live with helps of the government), please tell your friends and relatives this. USA will never open the borders, do not pay attention to the lies of politics they only look for votes for satisfy activist but activists are not the whole country, many illegal immigrants with the time adapted to the culture and fixed their illegal situation and work and study very hard to contribute to the nation and now they are legal usa citizens and precisely they want that good peo pl le enter here but unfortunately there is no technology to measure or to see what is the real intentions of all immigrants and if they are going to contribute to the nation and adapt to the culture including the language for that reason people who were one time illegally bur are great good people now do not want that whatever person without checking the background enter illegally to this country because can cause only more problems, more division, more rate high taxes to pay, more crime more disorganization, more bad behaviors and disrespect. USA welcome or legal immigrants who contribute to the country and its culture. Please if you want to come legal or illegally here to the USA, be prepared, learn the language and learn other skills, and forget his or her old nationalism and be an american usa.
