From director Clint Eastwood comes the big-screen version of the Tony Award-winning musical "Jersey Boys."
The film tells the story of four young men from the wrong side of the tracks in New Jersey who came together to form the iconic 1960s rock group The Four Seasons. The story of their trials and triumphs are accompanied by the songs that influenced a generation, including "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Walk Like a Man," "Dawn," "Rag Doll," "Bye Bye Baby," "Who Loves You," and many more.
These classic hits are now being embraced by a new generation of fans through the stage musical, which has been running on Broadway for more than eight years and has also enjoyed successful tours around the globe.
my husband took me to see the four seasons on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, and bought me my first album by the Frankie and the four seasons. i love this movie i have watched it so many times you never get tired of it. the guys are so great in the movie. Way to go Mr. Eastwood. brings back a lot of memories.

Nice, I'm a NJ native and I know the 4 season's very well. They grew up in Belleville a suburb of Newark.

i grew up on this music; my dad was an amateur musician in a band and would always be humming something. when i got older the cigarettes finally took away his "sherry" style falsetto and he stopped singing that one. i know it bothered him. Ive watched this movie about 12 times, its part of my all- time all-great movie list which can be watched and rewatched a hundred times.
It throws me off to hear the cast without their characters' accents

Saw Jersey Boys on Broadway. One of the highlights of my life! Saw the show 4 times, locally when it came to the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, NY. Will see it again. Their sound, the back story, their raw talent, Frankie's devotion to the group when he bails Tommy out financially. Frankie's work ethic. The entire Jersey Boys' story of local guys who struggle to become successful impresses me every time I watch it. Thanks for adding your story and music to the fabric of my life
Saw Jersey Boys on Broadway twice. "Incredible" doesn't do the production justice.
The film is 99.9% as good. We watch whenever we just want to kick back and enjoy the music.
I think back to my early childhood in Bloomfield, NJ. When I was four or five, the "Four Lovers" were just getting their musical sea legs. By the time I was eight or nine, "Sherry" was a hit on WABC 770.
I'm 66 now, and have been a Four Seasons fan all this time.
Thanks to each and all who made these great memories come alive on stage and screen, especially four gentlemen from the neighborhood.

I remember six years ago seeing the movie in theaters with my Aunt. I was 21 about to start my third year of college! We just recently saw the national tour in Costa Mesa. We had a good time at the show and at the movie. Sure this would have been better. But John Lloyd Young and other alumni from the stage version was worth the price of admission alone.

The musical that guys dragged their girls to -- such a great line and oh, so true! Clint Eastwood dancing in the movie's background is just cool. Gotta dance to this flick.

Got to see this at the Sunderland Empire then my daughter got me the DVD. Watched it many times. Clint pulled a rabbit out the hat with this one. Great Chart act and these guys portray them brilliantly.

0:11 Clint was a Jazz pianist working in a gas station a producer said you can be in movies Universal Studios had their own acting school David Jansen was in his class Lillian Gish said David Jansen is a gifted actor Marlon Brando gave a guest lecture in his class he was made up like he was Japanese he was in the movie Sayonara Red Buttons won an Academy award my friend met him someplace Clint directed many movies and 2 documentarys on Jazz piano .
