In my country we have a butchers beside the Birds auction market so if you buy roosters, turkeys, ducks..etc. you bring the animals they butcher it , clean it with in 10 to 20 minute . it's a good thing for the seller(it will probably be sold for good price) and the buyer ( fresh meat and it save time and gas ) .
