Pigeon update and trapping is why I'm following you
For real.
Same
Good to see you still have pigeon !!
Love the auction videos. First white/ black chickens are light Sussex
Turkeys : red slate
Blue hen, blue brahma
Black hen bedside the other black brahma
The best videos are the ones you are being yourself, and smiling. Keep up the videos you enjoy. Also, if I was closer I would "sponsor" a dairy hunt by giving a few boxes of shells.
Awsome buddy you made my day, been waiting a bit.Awsome vid👍👍👍👍👍👍
Roosters at 3:00 look like Silver Grey Dorkings.
Agreed! I believe you are correct. Either Silver Grey Dorkings or possible silver/grey legorns, idk lol. By any chance, do you have an idea what those two silver/grey, barred-like roosters @ 2:35 , along w/ the brown/patridge-crelle one next to them (second from left) might be? Same exaxt time-stamp as well. ( 2:35 )
Catch, cook, clean videos you do are great too.

Hey brother , how ya liking your GF1 , 12ga . I've run mine into the ground for a year now ! That gun does it all ! Awesome gun !
Great video as always jordan it was nice to see you back again brother 🙌🏼✌🏼
where do you get all those pigeons from
Are you going to post soon
I love your videos, keep it up.❤
You Should give us an update of all your birds.
I love the auctions. Always have. Do you buy commercial pigeon feed? Or, mix up your own? You can't just feed only corn. YES, its ONE of those things they eat out in the field. Especially when they're living in a silo and feral. But they do good on their own finding a mixed diet. Either way your birds look good.
Those white with black spectacles bunnies are dwarf hotot breed rabbits. French breed and original standard version is much bigger. The broken colors in the pens are maybe not show, but broken + dutch patern genes are needed to make the white with spectacle pattern.
Hey Jordan!!!
Hi Sam!
Love the auction videos! But I have 2 questions; 1) where is this particular auction located and what's it called? You just keep saying "central Kansas" but searching on Google brings back results for a good dozen or more Amish animal auctions. Would love to road trip to one that is mostly poultry/fowl/birds, especially with some of these amazing prices. And 2) when a cage has 12 birds in it, and they sell for $10 a bird, do you have to take all 12 birds or can you only take 4?
2:25 Looks like 3 German beauty homers
I couldn’t see the bird you mentioned being inflated? I wonder if it is a pouter or cropper cross? They have extra large almost balloon like crops that can swell with air and then reduce when not displaying.
Mr.Jordans can you do any video i miss your videoes .
Giving it a try now and then
Sing me some pigeons i need some 🙏
send😂
I cant believe you haven't turned into a bird yet. 😂
Some people shave daily. I pull pin feathers…. 😏
Did you not get the pigeons in the kitbox out flying? I'd have to get them all out flying if they were mine.
What about your pigeon kit boxes any birds in them yet
Need one on the racing pigeons
does this auction usually have large breed pigeons? i am looking for kings or larger
The comment about the silkies kind of made me want to share this...
We need to stop thinking of animals as "bad quality" if they don't match a particular breed standard. Over and over we have seen "breed standards" actually push animals to greater extremes than were typical of the breeds prior to establishment of the official standards. What's most important is if the animals are healthy and decent representations of the variation found within a breed. Simply healthy and not matching any particular breed is also good.
I think I can see where your coming from. Cross breeds can have traits from multiple breeds that might make them stronger, better forgers, and more disease resistant. And I can agree with that.
But, if a silkie has the wrong type of comb, it’s either a poor quality bird for the breed or (more likely) a cross at some point.
@@JordansHarvest Cross breeds are only a side point. Among pure breeds, excessively rigid pursuit of breed standards has actually changed many breeds and makes them LESS true to their original type and potentially less resilient due to unnecessarily weeding out minor variations which were historically part of the breed. We need to stop thinking of breed standards as guides to whether or not any particular animal is of good quality or not. For example, many breed standards will only allow one egg color to be "correct." This has resulted in Ancona ducks which already have a genetic bottleneck to be selectively bred for less and less colored eggs despite the breed never historically being a purely white egg laying breed. Sure the blue/green egg laying individuals pop up here and there, but the serious breeders are selecting against it. That doesn't make the breed better. It simply makes it less genetically diverse which can have negative consequences down the line (think of what's happening with so many dog breeds declining health as an example).
@@JordansHarvest Out of curiosity, I decided to look into what silkies look like in China (where they originated) to see if I could substantiate whether American breed standards are actually changing them. I found out the Chinese name is 乌骨鸡. Using that name to search Google images I was able to find lots of really good photos from Chinese websites which do in fact show Silkie chickens with a range of comb shapes including combs significantly larger than the ones in this video. Many of them also have far less fluff on their heads which makes their combs actually appear even more prominent. I feel that this does support my stance that the rigid breed standards we use in this country (and in some other countries) are really narrowing the genetic diversity of traditional breeds. I don't think that's something to be proud of or to support. If it's part of the original diversity, and not causing health or productivity issues, then I hope more people will stand up against needlessly weeding out these traits. I've also noticed that many of the Silkies in China still have unobscured eye sight, where as in America, selection for really fluffy head feathers has resulted in many having feathers covering their eyes and limiting their vision. This makes them much more prone to getting picked off by predators now.
First of all please upload daily videos and show us daily routine of your pets and traps
Hey bro, big fan from Melbourne Australia. You should really start flying pigeons it’s really easy and you might get lucky and flock in some banded birds
Is there gonna be a video any time soon ?
Yo Jordan you should film them a bit more close up so we can watch them individually and what you actually have…from this typa vid we only see a huge flock😊❤
What do you do with the pigeons? Do you eat them? Just for fun?
