- It's been one hell of a season with Mal Obrien moving to Vermont. We recently celebrated the 6 month mark since her move to the Green Mountain State to live and train with HWPO Training. I’m just so stoked to see some swimming coverage! It felt like the swim event was an afterthought in this year’s games, so it’s great to see swimming get some respect!

To Find the kettlebell in the lake. All you need to do is get a neodymium magnet on a pole and fish down with it.
