Sir can you help me? Until now i’m still figuring out on how to connect the ernie ball vp to bigsky to control the decay. I tried you’re tutorial but it didn’t help. I used a trs cable but still not working thank you!.

question... when I follow this correctly and choose to set heel and toe to MIX (rather than e.g. Delay) there's no numerical readout for Mix percentage when operating the expression... normal?

Check out Old Blood Noise Endeavors. They have an Expression Slider and Expression Ramper that are really cool if they fit what you are trying to do.
I'll bet it's not possible, as you showed how the setting is lost if there is too big of a change by pressing another of the A, B or C buttons, but, my question is, can you change the 'type' button from say 'Bloom' to 'Cloud' so the expression pedal would move from one to the other reverb type?
+Kenneth Nielsen What I showed when I pressed another button was that I just had not actually saved the preset the first time. It was confusing to me at first which is why I demonstrated the whole process and how it saves the second time. I don't think you can change types with this since but you could always email Strymon to ask. But since there are 3 buttons you can use those to easily switch between presets.
+Craig Allen - This is hopeful then, I will spend some time trying these changes across the three buttons and as well with the types. Either it will work or will not so it will be good to find out...
Okay thanks but what is that big round knob you were adjusting at the botton of the screen next to the No Se pedal and what does that have to do with your expression pedal?

+Jason Kopytin Thanks Jason! The LED is from a mod I had done by Blackeye Effects which installs a buffer into the tuner. Since it's now powered, the LED is there so you can tell that the power is connected. Check out the link:

Hi, not sure you can help me, but I’m using this pedal with a keyboard. I will have the unit on the top of my keyboard and want to have a separate pedal on the floor to control the hold function for some of the presets. Whether to freeze or Infinite hold. Would I hook it up in the expression pedal slot and how would I get it to recognize the pedal for that function only ? Do I have to use midi somehow ? Just think you might be able to explain it to me, if you know...Thanks either way!
I'm not sure but if you contact the pedal manufacturer they can probably help.
Had a quick question, can you set the dry/wet mix as one of the parameters controlled by an expression pedal? Meaning while you're playing, are you able to go from a completely dry signal to 100%wet with the pedal? Thanks.
+Kvvlt Yes, that is what I've done in the video so you can set the parameters to completely dry/wet.

Thank you for this video! I have a bigsky and a volume pedal then I use a TRS cable to make a volume pedal as an expression pedal but can you use the volume pedal as a volume and a expression pedal at the same time?

Not a standard volume pedal, but it would need to be modded to be used as an expression pedal.

Hi, I have a standard ernie ball volume pedal (not the 25k one) it always works with my space nicely, I can't seem to get it to work with the Big Sky, I plugged in my standard cheep M-audio exp pedal to see if I could get that to work, No luck, any thoughts?, with the Ernie Ball i'm using a standard 1/4" instrument cable, which the eventide space does not seem to mind,
-Also, when I unplug the volume from the Big sky, the parameter changes a bit, which makes me think it's saving something.
