The foundation of generational trauma that Shahrazad Ali and Jason speaks of is called 'epi-genetics'. It was not being studied during this show's taping, but there is much research and continuing research being conducted on how our trauma, physical (health, stress, physical expression) can be passed along from generation to generation through epi-genetics (the gene that controls our DNA).
You're right and it was studied and known at the time .... it just wasn't released!! Anyone who reads will uncover a lot of surprising documented facts, but they pretend on the news and media as if it's new. God bless the child, who's got his own!
Kind of. Not exactly how Epigenetics works. We use this in our clinical work daily. What this term actually means is that WE ARE NOT the genes that we were born with. That we DONT automatically inherit certain diseases or health issues. In fact it’s the opposite. We can control which genes we turn on and off by the way we live. Diet, environmental. Etc.
No where in epigenetics does it say you will have certain morals because of it. Epigenetics have to do with physical and health traits. Not moral beliefs

The foundation of generational trauma that Shahrazad Ali and Jason speaks of is called 'epi-genetics'.
