I am able to do the link & share the coordinates after watching this video. Many thanks. This method seems rather simple to a beginner like myself.. 1). Just link the target model into the base model, 2). Adjust its position inside the base model as you wanted, 3). Then share the coordinates from the base model to the target model. The catch is that while you manually move or adjust the angle/orientation of the target model in the base model, you may not be 100% accurate. So you need to know in advance exactly where all buildings should be placed respectively to each other.
