Hi JP, unrelated but do you think there will be larger spool versions like a 500 of the Conquest MD? Would like just a little bit more mono capacity for the salmon fishing here in Norway

Yes, MGL Spool equipped reels will typically have the same 6 pin system. MGL Spool 3 systems will have the 4 pin version

I haven’t heard of anything like that to be honest but with the Shimano engineers you never can tell what they are working on
