Still one of my favourite fighting games of all time, I remember my mind being absolutely blown when I realised how big the map was and that you could go round all of it, and in terms of the 'realistic' one hit kill fighting games I still think this one is the best.
Yeah it became an absolute favourite for me real quick. :)
The only similar “realistic” fighting game I could find was Die By The Blade. Do you have any other recommendations?
Hellish Quart! Still in Early Access on Steam but it is FANTASTIC. European focused sword styles and very accurate sword play.

I played this game with a friend of mine back in 1997 / 1998
we smoked some you know what I mean, had a beer or two and just fought fought fought until dawn
good old times
and still to this day my favorite fighting game
