Shelley’s Super Scarf ~ It’s Very Long 😁/ Addi, Sentro, Circular Knitting

- Hello friends,
Join me in this video and we will make this beautiful “Super Scarf”!
I called it a super scarf because it is very long. 142” (not including the fringe).
I used Caron Simply Soft yarn in White, Plum Wine, Gray Heather, Country Blue and Dark Country Blue. These yarns are a medium 4 weight 6oz / 315 yards.
I used 3/4 of a ball of white and maybe half of each of the other colors.

My Addi is giving me a problem 😵💫😩 The Sentro is fine. Thanks for the tension advice. I am really looking forward to using this yarn, perhaps in a garment, we don't use scarfs much in Florida 😂😂. I like the way you use the hook to finish ends. I am continuously learning with every tutorial you make! Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into these videos to teach us.

What type of table do you use and how do you store your machines? I am getting ready to pick up the 40 and then later on the 22. I just love the animals that you make.

I use an old table my husband made when he was in junior high. He just cut a hole in the top at one end so when I knit with my 22 needle it can fall through.
I store my machines on top of a dresser. No covers. Just set them on top. I have two dressers that are just used for yarn.

How many rows make 142”?
Approx 5 rows = 1 inch
So when you started you did 25 rows of each color then after that you did 40 rows of each color why,? Just curious or am I wrong I want to make this it's beautiful Shelley.
It’s just the pattern design I chose.
