It probably will, it won't be the first time Conan's invented a character like this LOL who knows if we'll see him very often though. May not be till the next IT movie comes out, I dunno. He literally has like 50+ unique characters he's created over the years but a lot of them from what I understand are owned by NBC still so he can't use them anymore. The masturbating bear comes to mind. Who Conan has canonically stated now died from autoerotic asphyxiation at a Motel 6 in Flagstaff, Arizona. Who I presume is only "dead" now because they aren't allowed to use him anymore.
EDIT: 2019... called it. lol Butterscotch returns just in time for you guessed it the next IT movie.
