Great video guys! Is there any reason you couldn't leave it attached while driving? Having a permanent table solution there sounds like a great idea. Maybe I'm overlooking something with wind resistance or space between the car and tongue.

I suppose it could stay on while you travel but its kinda hard to turn the propane off and on with the table in place. Its just simpler to put in on after the LP is on. No real space issues as its about the size of the two tanks so technically it could stay on. :)

have you thought about solar panels on the roof?

We have, but....I think for now we will stick with our "portable" suitcase folding style panel for now. I have an idea of where and how I want some fixed panels but have to find the right ones to fit. We will be having a video coming out soon describing how we do off grid for now
