And for James Fauntleroy... I knew he was a star on the rise the moment I had the opportunity to work with him in 2005. His love for music and his ability or should I say gift to write a song without writing the lyrics down, blew my mind!

Herb and Dave, first off. YOU RULE! This show has changed how I listen to music, and how I am going to approach my own from now on. Now that's out the way, have you heard of Patreon? It's a kind of content ditribution service which allows you to charge for a subscription. Others I know using it are still carrying on with youtube vids for free, but adding more indepth content through patreon. BTW I dont work for them or anything, I just think it could be a great way for you guys to get a better income from the show, cause I want to see it keep growing, however I reckon soon you are gonna reach the ceiling of how many mix engineers there are, and at that point you will need to find new revenue streams. The part of the writing thing is literally ridiculous, 17 people for a song??? that's an insult for the real writer, the true creative mind behind the melody and the lyrics !!! I'm a songwriter and I had a lot of songs recorded and charted and since i know my experience is just one of many, I know first hand that many people just for telling you that you should change a word or a coma in the tune, they want to jump into the credits of writing.....that's the reason today's songs cannot compete with THE BEATLES, STEVIE WONDER and such......... IDK any song of Paganini, Bach, Beethoven or Verdi that had any co-writer!!! Songwriting is the foundation of the music business, PLEASE LET THE SONGWRITERS BE !!!!
