I would just like to say that i love the videos you make. You focus on real healthy ways to live a life like training, going out in nature, journaling etc. You support a deeper way to understand ourselfs. I have watched many self-care routines and other youtubers trough the years, but i got sick of watching all the overcomsuming and products they shows us. Its just like watching an big comercial all the time. I like when you show us products its not 15 facemask and superficial ways to «take care of yourself». Your canal goes on deeper level and if you recomend a product its actually something people could have use for. Sorry if the english is bad😂
