2 Tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
Cinnamon stick/dalchini
8-10 peppercorns/kalimirchi
5-6 cloves/laung
2 green cardamom
3-4 dried red chillies
1/2 tsp fennel seeds/sauf
2-3 tbsp oil
2 onion chopped
4 tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic
2 green chillies
1 onion into cubes
1 capsicum into cubes
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp fresh cream/dahi
250 gms Paneer
2 tsp kasoori methi
