I find it refreshing how real she is being about the situation, I don’t think it means she’s not ready to date because she feels bad after getting ghosted by someone she went out with twice..it’s natural and normal to feel a bit rejected and disappointed

Her being upset about being ghosted is completely normal and not saying she's not ready to date. In actual fact it's showing she is ready. She's ready to commit to someone and find that one. Getting upset about wanting something to work and then being upset about being ghosted, something you have no control over is so normal. We can't help there are still peoplenput there who do this. If the guy isn't into it, thats okay, and he just needs to be upfront rather than play her like this. Sorry but seriously.....

I got ghosted about three weeks ago after the best first date I’ve ever been on. Such a bummer. I was torn up and constantly thinking about it for a week, and now I’m over it. It’s such an annoying cycle. I definitely don’t think because your hurt it means it’s “not ready.” Your brain is just grasping to whatever you knew and coping. It’s hard out here!

I love videos like this as I can relate to anxiety and I find that multitasking exacerbates my anxiety. Breathe! Hug Tika! Exercise! Let it go and don't let someone else cause you to feel overwhelmed- they're not worth your energy. Yes to extensions definitely since you have not done so in a while. Dating is the worst. I got divorced at 27 and getting back in the dating pool again was not fun...guys in their 30s are so hot and cold and some are just absolutely disgusting and atrocious, BUT I did meet a few great guys in the mix and ultimately ended up meeting THE one not soon after feeling like I wanted to give up. We have been married 5 years now and have a sweet baby boy together and life is amazing, hard still at times, but so good! So, don't give up! Good things can happen, I promise. But, keep taking care of yourself and finding that self love because that is so important!
