He could've done almost the same result with an iPhone or (even cheaper than an iPhone) a pocket 4K. You missed the point.
The shot where you have the F22 on top of you might work if that scene is about a villain character, because is very hard light and highlights your nose so much and gives raccoon eyes

f22 is basically just a hair light, separates me from the background a little more & it’s also naturally where lights come from! i also used one of the tube lights as a key to fill in some of the shadows around the eyes normally created by a top down!
Try putting a white pool noodle on your pavotube for some diffusion :)
