This Pokémon's final evolution Primarina is really good for PVP, and Hydro Cannon is going to make it even stronger. This is not a Community Day you should skip! Let's talk about it.

The sad thing about putting so much focus on PVP is in my opinion Niantic just trying to revive the PVP game instead of actually going in and fixing the issues that currently plague the system. If they would focus more on listening to their player base perhaps PVP would not be in the hole it is currently in

Even if you don’t PvP it makes a good gym defender as everything everyone throws in a gym is weak to fighting or dragon.

You're right, PvE hasn't had much this year and nothing on offense (Budget Counters). Chancey is the only bone that was thrown to us as PvE centric players and even that was questionable. Blissey with Wild Charge did nothing against its main antagonist (Fighting type).
